This may be getting ahead of things but how would Obama be able to sabotage a Trump administration before he leaves office. Keep in mind that I'm just thinking like a leftist here. Obviously, they have no consideration for those that disagree with them or those that stand in the way of their pursuit of absolute power and control.
My goal here is to simply brainstorm with the many great minds at FR to thwart this plan that is obviously a foregone conclusion. I think that the leftovers from the Obama administration are a big threat. Although, I think that this is usually a problem when there's a transfer of power from one party to the other, this transfer doesn't have a precedent.
So, any ideas would be helpful as even with Trump's election, I don't think we're out of the woods by far.
We haven’t had a legit Presidential election in 12 years. Anyone that thinks 2008 or 2012 was real is brainwashed.

I think he will go wild with “monument” creation or other antics along the southern border to try to inhibit the construction of the wall.
This guy is quite crafty. He’ll wind up revealing Obama for the turncoat, traitor, and likely terrorist sympathizer he is/was.

Military
He’ll sign the amnesty bill that RINOs and liberals will push through the lame duck session of congress. He’ll applaud the lame duck session confirming his nominee to SCOTUS. He’ll have one great moment of unification with the Romney side of the GOP, and then he’ll get on a helicopter and fly away.
It isn’t what Obama will do to sabotage a Trump administration, it is what the GOPe will do in spite.

Replacing “Bush's Fault” with “Obama’s fault” ...pretty slick.
Trump could threaten to have Obama tried for treason for the damage he has done to this country.
I think this would only increase his popularity.
For a year ahead of time, Zero will invite all his homeboys to come and spend a night in the White House, specifically asking them to make sure their luggage is infested with lots of cockroaches, rats, fleas, ants and bedbugs, just like he and Moochelle did on day one when he and Moochell first mooved in. Only this time the vermin will have a year to get established, so it’ll be much harder to get rid of them. Donald and Melania will be so busy scratching themselves the first couple of years, they won’t be able to get anything done!

There are many areas where Obama has undercut this nation on purpose.
Bush handed off some things that he could be blamed for too.
Blaming him for everything was folly. The press sure loved it though.
All President TRUMP needs to do is FIRE EVERYBODY at EPA, IRS, Dept, of Energy, Dept. of Interior. State Dept, HHS, Dept of Ed, INS, etcetera, etcetera.
Most only need to be cleaned out in the upper echelons, some need to be completely cleaned out, and some need to be just done away with.
TRUMP needs a line item veto to defund where congress doesn’t have the balls to act.

It’s one thing to reveal, but if on day one Trump lays out a massive plan for rearming our nation that will wipe out any sabotage IMO

When the election is over and should Trump be elected, Obama will quietly undermine confidence in the US Dollar to make it look like foreign countries are dumping the Dollar in response to Trump being the President Elect. No matter how much corporate likes Trump, we are globally entangled and they will have to adjust with the markets despite the election results.
Obama may also Withdraw Military Personnel allowing conditions to worsen as Trump approaches his inauguration. They will say the escalation of attacks and killing are a reaction to Trump being elected.
Look for the Justice Dept to release statements or file charges that would be a wedge issue between Trump and Hillary. Maybe a reversal of previous findings (new evidence) establishing a cause for reopening cases from the past 7 years. Imagine the outrage if charges were suddenly filed by the DOJ for the deaths of Trayvon Martin, Micheal Brown, Freddie Gray, etc. It's not impossible to expect the clash and drive this would send rippling through the electoral map.
There are many current issues that are highly visible and could easily be amplified to stir up public reaction. Healthcare, just to pick an obvious topic important to Obama.
But a DOJ investigation in voting results after the election and before Trump is sworn in, would be powerful. All they would have to do is warn the public that once Trump is sworn in he could halt any investigation and influence the findings to bury evidence of a stolen election. Obama's final con on his supporters could be to offer them Hope that Trump's election results could Change.
