A shocking editorial in the Charlotte Observer counseled young girls to get over the "discomfort" they feel at the sight of male genitalia when transgender facilities are allowed in North Carolina. The newspaper assumes the law will eventually be repealed or declared illegal. While that may or may not happen any time soon, it is the justification for this position used by the Observer that reveals the true nature of this battle of the bathroom. It has already started. Right now, in Washington DC, a security guard contracted by a Giant Food grocery store stands charged with simple assault. She attempted to prevent a male pervert using the female latrine. Rather than being charged with defiant trespass, the pervert is being treated as a victim.

A few years ago my oldest daughter’s kids took their parents out for dinner on their anniversary.
The manager of the eating establishment was a young feller who must have imagined he was cool, so he came up to the table and started chatting the grand girls.
