Trump’s Supreme Court list was universally praised.

I tweet Trump to unveil his Cabinet and go outside the Beltway.

Do things different because well - voters aren’t expecting them and the unexpected keeps your enemy off balance.

Trump’s already taken a dominant position in the race and we haven’t even gotten to the conventions yet.

In the meantime, Hillary and the DNC establishment is embroiled in an ugly and divisive fight with Bernie supporters.

Music to my ears!

I still fully expect Cankles to be our next Prez.

That said, I’m open to being pleasantly surprised!

One of the things I love most about this political season is that the Beltway pundits and talking heads like Rove, Will, Kristol, etc. have been utterly and totally discredited.

Run with Bernie, and Trump is going to have FUN with Sanders' group associations during and for a few years after college.

My favorite bluster was from some pro-Hillary lefty pundit who claimed to know about politics, suggesting "primarying" Bernie for staying in the race. Primary him? Where? For the Socialist Party nomination? He runs Independent for Senate, NOT Democrat. Of course, he's bullet proof in Vermont, and he's 75 years old. He doesn't HAVE To be Senator anymore.

Yep, just what I was going to say. They are going to resort to every possible method legal or illegal to keep him out but the good thing is he isn’t going to roll over and stand for that BS.

If she is next POTUS it won’t be from a legitimate election.

Ha ha, good point. I know it's hard for many @ FR to believe there are a significant number of Democrats who, while having different opinions as to policy, also support the country. To this base of people, Hillary's corruption drives them just as crazy as the GOPe does to those on the right.

The democrats need to come out forcefully to maintain the integrity of their party. A staged arrest of Hill & Bill, with a clean slate introduced with Biden/Warren, will be a 1-2 punch that immediately puts them back in the race.

Hillary is literally running for her life. Every new primary result shows the amount of people who will not vote for her and reject the corrupt practices of their party. As that number gets bigger, the FBI gets a little closer.

If he is this far ahead of clitoon already, they are in trouble. Or are they trying to fool the American people some how?

ROTFL. If Trump and Sanders had coordinated it, they couldn’t have done a better job of getting the DC elite to both be destroyed AND self-destruct, all at once!

I recall all the happy talk about Mittens winning here by a landslide four years ago.

Its human nature to look at life with rose-colored glasses in the face of reality.

As we all know, Obama beat Mittens like a drum and it wasn’t close.

The demographics favor Hillary. In Blue State primaries, more Democrats turned out to vote than Republicans.

All we can say is Trump has come off pretty good on his way to sealing up the GOP nomination.

It gonna be a hard fought general election campaign and Trump is going to get his share of knocks.

If Trump is still leading in October, then we might be able to say he could be our next Prez.

Right now, its way too early to be cocksure about the outcome.

Oh what a tangled web we weave ......

With 20-20 hindsight, Hilly should have been taken out early & Biden/Warren put in. They likely would have done better than Hilly against Sanders, which would have gotten him out of the race earlier, too.

Now, as you said, Sanders has so MUCH support, that putting Biden/Warren in rather than taking Sanders as the candidate, after he’s fought Hilly & done so well during all the primaries, will be seen as dirty politics & unfair play.

In the meanwhile, Hilly is in REAL trouble. Her ticket to staying ahead of an indictment/jail was to make sure SHE was the inevitable Dem nominee & thus too big to jail. The worse she does, the closer she is to the Dems wanting her out because she won’t win in November. She will not get out on her own volition - she’ll have to be ‘taken’ out & the only way to do that is by indicting her. She is so sure that won’t happen because she has been given a pass her entire political life ... handcuffs may be necessary to convince her that she really IS out of the campaign.

Oh what a tangled web we weave ......

“Right now, its way too early to be cocksure about the outcome.”

It’s generally always way too early to be cocksure about the outcome of the Presidential race. That said, this is an entirely different election than any in recent memory, and Trump’s appeal goes very, very far beyond Romney’s. Further, the world has changed, and what has happened during this election cycle has changed the political landscape far more than we realize. The demographic trends and presumptive advantages the democrats have been counting on are now no longer something they can count on.

They’d better act pretty fast. Literally every day that goes by with the race in status quo puts the Democrats in a bigger hole against Trump. If they wait until summer, and a few more Bernie wins along the west coast, they will be stuck with Bernie and only Bernie as their alternative.

And don’t buy the Bernie line that he can beat Trump...that’s about as valid as all those polls showing Cruz and Kasich running better against Hillary than Trump. Where are Cruz and Kasich now? If the race solidified as Bernie against Trump, Bernie would find himself in the same position as Hillary is discovering that she is in now.

The Democrats have built a nice box and crawled inside, now they are closing lid on top of it, every day that goes by now they are closer and closer to no return.

I can remember a few months back we were hearing about Goldwater type landslide loss with Trump as the nominee.
