Not likely at that altitude. Plus, no on board missile warning systems on commercial aircraft, and no way to see behind and down where a missile would be approaching.
More likely results of loss of control of aircraft.

At 37,000 feet, and 170 miles off the Egyptian coast? You’re talking a warship for a launching system as missiles that can get that high aren’t even vaguely man-portable. Most of them weigh about 1500lbs or more and are in the vicinity of 15-20 feet long.
