Targets stock had been dented since the American Family Associations boycott began amassing signatures in the millions, but we obviously had no way of knowing if people were actually boycotting the store.

I spent some time in the retail biz.
The corporate counsel for just about ALL of these companies advise them to not allow the Salvation Army to solicit on their property.
The reason being that union organizers will go to court and argue that if the SA is allowed to solicit on their property, they should be allowed to as well. Companies that are especially anti-union or have some particular fear that their employees might vote “yea” tend to ban the SA to cover their bases.
I do volunteer as a bell ringer for the SA at Christmastime, and am posted outside a retailer who permits us to be there (thank you, Macy’s!)
They shut down and bulldozed the local Target in my town. Who cares— in the 15 years I lived here I only went there a handful of times anyway. Kicking out the Salvation Army kettles at Christmas was over the top for me.
Their new ads seem to be produced for the tattooed lesbian demographic.
Trump was right...”There have been very few complaints the way it is. People go. They use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate,”
I mean for centuries nobody cared, I’m sure transexuals were going and nobody even noticed, why now is this such a big deal?
We are spending too much time on freaks, while the world is burning.
I agree. Too soon to see the real impact. And, of course, it should be widely published that Target’s ANNOUNCED plans will ATTRACT even more weirdos, so taking your family there is more than just a risk because of announcement but because the announcement itself will have a magnet effect.
That scripture has a personal individual reference. Many prayers in the Psalms are a prayer to see evil men pushed back so I rejoice over Target empty parking lots!
You are speculating with no proof.
As does Special Agent Gibbs, I have rules and when it comes to politicians my rule #1 is: do not believe anything a politician says until they prove different. Trump is now a politician, no ifs ands or butts about it.
This is all meaningless speculation without knowing how similar companies performed during the 1st quarter, such as J.C. Penny, Sears Holding, and Walmart.
This has got to be the creepiest video on youtube about Michelle’s dancing on Ellen but it does show the crotch shots to determine if she is a man.

The only reason why Apple got away with that was because during Steve Jobs' second run as CEO, the products they introduced were often way ahead of everyone else. In fact, the more people think about it, it appears that Apple did the right thing with the Lightning connector introduced in 2012 because the physical connector itself is actually more durable than even the USB Type C connector introduced last year.
“There have been very few complaints the way it is. People go. They use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate.”
So you don’t buy that having an official policy or even a mandate that men can use women’s exclusive areas will attract more weirdos that knew they couldn’t cut it before, or didn’t want to take the effort to seem legit, but now it gives them cover to be the women’s bathroom?

This is one of the best posts by a Trump supporter I've ever seen.
Mine offered a port-a-potty. Better than nothing. :) Wonder why they shut them down?
The transgender bathroom crap is going to make it very, very difficult for women with urinary difficulties. I know where ALL the bathrooms are within a 50 mile radius.LOL
Here is Obama getting ready to call her Michael

I don’t think she is a man turned into a woman.
I think she is a woman that Obama has turned into a manly person because he is gay . probably calls her Michael at home.
Sorry folks, but this is nonsense.
TGT isn’t in any panic YET. Entire sector is getting hit because of the slowing economy.
Until the boycott hits the bottom line, which won’t be forced to be publicly known until their earning report in August, the effect if any of the boycott will not be known.
Stock price isn’t going to change anything, you want change you have to hit revenues and earnings, and until you get a quarterly report showing that TGT is under performing the rest of their sector, you really aren’t likely to see anything change.
I have said this for a while, Boycott won’t be forced to be known if its had a real impact until the earning call in August. The policy went public 2 weeks before the end of the last quarter.... so odds of any visible impact in that quarter were almost guaranteed not to be there.
You want TGT to change you need to see a quarterly that shows their revenues significantly down compared to the rest of the sector... and the earliest you will see that is August.
Stock price shifts aren’t going to change policy, only direct hits to revenues will effect change.
If 2 or 3 Million people who used to shop at TGT suddenly stop, believe me, it will show up huge in their bottom line next quarterly earnings report... and if that report shows significant deviation from the rest of the sector, the only reason for it will be their bathroom policy...
You want this to change, can’t be a few weeks of anger, has to be a long term sustained boycott of the corporation that directly hits their revenues.
“I am waiting for the women of the United States to stand up and start screaming about this.”
You may be waiting quite a long while. Most human beings...including women...will deal with a matter like this by taking the path of least resistance. They will change their behavior, if they do, quietly - without drawing unwanted attention on themselves. Unlike the trannies, they don’t want to be drama queens and have the cameras and shouted questions crammed in their faces. Sort of like all those Trump voters who will vote Trump without making a cause celebre out of it. Most normal human beings avoid becoming the center of attention if at all possible. In this situation it is most certainly possible. So there won’t be much screaming, there’ll just be work-arounds.
“prosperity does wonders for restoring confidence and common sense throughout society.”
Your assertions all seem plausible except for this one. Prosperity allows a lack of common sense to grow and fester and endure. I bear witness to that in the once-great state of California. People tend to cling to their stupidity if there is no penalty for it.
I think you are right. We will probably know in a few months or so, and a few months after that will be even more clear. I think the boycott will only work if women actually care, and they might not. We will know for sure one way or another eventually.
