The Supreme Court failed to resolve a knotty dispute between faith-based groups and the Obama administration over birth control on Monday, the latest indication of the shorthanded courts struggle to find a majority for important cases taken up before Justice Antonin Scalias death.

The lack of a resolution leaves the government able for now to ensure that women covered by faith-based groups health plans have access to cost-free contraceptives.
Probably they determined it would have been a 4-4 tie vote.
This action puts off a future Supreme Court ruling until they have 9 justices again.
And if Hillary is elected pres. ,her Supreme Court nominee will make it a 5-4 win for the liberals.

As a tax-exempt institution, they're not allowed to do that. Unless they're a Baptist denomination with a black congregation where Al Sharpton has visited--and if the instruction is to vote for the Democrat.

Does zerOcare have a definition of woman’s access to contraceptives that does not preclude someone who feels like a woman?
