It's a rhetoric that has led many white students to believe that racism does not exist on campus." Thus, "as white students, [they] must identify the ways that [they] are engaging in the perpetuation of white supremacy and work to unlearn [their] racism."
Of course, "reverse racism does not exist because there are no institutions that were founded with the intention of discriminating against white people on the basis of their skin. Many white people claim to be victims of reverse racism when people of color associate negative characteristics with white people or have a general dislike for them as a group. This is not reverse racism because racism is privilege plus power and people of color do not have racial privilege. Moreover, distrust or anger at white people is a legitimate response to a repetitive history and current state of racist violence."
And so Rachel, Anna, Emi, and Jasmine, authors of the above, state that "[t]he solution to white privilege is to 'ask people of color to absolve [white people] of [their] guilt.'" But even that is "not an adequate response... [since] whites must be accountable and hold other white students accountable, too."

At 217 pages I don't have to look at it now, if ever, but,
they list the editors and contributors to the project at the beginning of the document, along with their pictures.
Three of the contributors had no pictures. There were 3, yes THREE Asian women, Three black women and 23 (TWENTY THREE !) white woman amongst them. Didn't see any he-shes or white males listed anywhere at all. As a representative of the White Male race I feel discriminated and aggressed upon.
What am I going to do about such a savage blow to my psyche ? Absolutely nothing because frankly I don't give a Damn.

These ideas are having real world consequences every day. Why do you think male white enrollment is down so far in colleges and universities?
It is a conscious decision to admit everyone but. They also tilt their admissions standards toward leftists, and do this via the applicants prior history of “volunteerism”, their essay, etc. Those who volunteer conservative institutions need not apply. Those who go on about their “gender identity struggles” and so on are put at the top of the list.

If you were black, which of the two explanations for the vast difference in accomplishment between the races would you prefer?
1- White people are smarter, more inventive, and have more initiative than blacks.
2. Whites and blacks are equal but blacks are repressed by whitey.

I’m thinking that we need an affirmative action program for conservatives at publicly funded colleges and universities. I don’t know why my taxes should go to employ left-wing indoctrinators who are training the army that will exterminate me.

Unfortunately for us, the conservatives gave up on the colleges as a lost cause, apparently opting instead to fund think-tanks and what not.
The only option now is private colleges formed specifically and exclusively as conservative enclaves in a world gone mad. Conservative legislators have done little if anything to even acknowledge the rampant unfairness of the present system.
The elite colleges are owned by the hard left. And, these colleges are used as a feeder into elite government—state department, federal courts, and all the agencies. It’s a choke point to keep traditional white conservatives out of positions of power. Believe it.
And that is factual
