1. Is this a Friday 13th premonition..?
2. A special two-for from the County Clerk
3. Indication of a computer glitch
4. They think I am a dim who votes twice
6...other.....(have at it)
(PS...Mrs Spokeshave is ticked...only received one)
Vote early, vote often.
You even might get a chicken in every pot.
Not that it mattered. The election results were predetermined ahead of time. I wonder if the same thing is going on here.
.....in CA, more like some pot hidden in a chicken
Well, smoked chicken just took on a whole new meaning.
America’s new banana republic style elections really suck.
The County Clerk clearly thinks you are a Democrat.
Thus, you need extra ballots for your alternate identity, species, various genders that you would like to be.
You need extra ballots because you are going to screw it up the first time you try this whole voting thing.
Back in 1968, My grandmother got a voter reminder, addressed to her husband. She was somewhat baffled, since he had been dead and buried since 1940. My father explained that this was, after all, Chicago, and that his father had, obviously, been been voting the straight democrat ticket for some years, now. Now that he is gone, I feel confident that they are both voting the straight ticket...
Doesn’t matter if you are a Republican. In California the vote is never close enough that the mail votes even get counted.
Per www.sos.ca.gov "All valid vote-by-mail ballots are counted in every election in California, regardless of the outcome or closeness of any race."
Watch. If you get a few dozen more ballots, they think you’re a D
No....I went on line to the voter registration dept and registered as a Republican.
There was some confusion between the records in Sacramento and the local County register of voters.....but they found my data eventually.
Same will happen with your ballot - if you're really, really, lucky.
