I hate Juan, but this makes sense. If women are going to be on the front lines and in Special Forces, then they can be conscripts. Otherwise it’s a.double standard.

There are no "front lines" or lines of armies clashing head-on any more...the combat field is everywhere, in front, in back, above, on the sides, in buildings, in mined roads....

Therefore, your first and second paragraphs contradict each other.
