If Trump chose Chris Christie as VP, would that put NJ in play, or even help NY or PA to be in play? What a wild move something like that would be if it carried that potential!
Vote Trump

Comes down to Christie, Palin, Martinez, Rubio and Gingrich, any one of them would help the ticket so I don’t really care which one it is, although I would love to see Palin because it means more SNL shows that don’t suck.
Carson will have a role to play, it may not be in this century.

"I still love the Trump and Christie stage presence but I am not yet convinced it will help gain votes. "What exactly do you love about it? Christie looks like a beat-down dog on stage with Trump.....

I really don’t think that Pope Francis is eligible for our VP....Besides, that’s a hell of a demotion.

Trump needs Gingrich for another reason: life insurance. Gingrich is one of the few politicians (Cruz may be another) that libs fear more than Trump.

No to Carson as VP. If the POTUS doesn’t have an insider’s understanding of how Washington actually works, then the VP should.

FOUR VANITIES ALL POSTED BY *YOU* ADDRESSING MR. TRUMP'S VP SELECTION.
HIS SELECTION IS A MATTER THAT WILL HAVE NO INPUT FROM *YOU*!
Do you realize that posting a Vanity is a privilege that shouldn't be abused?
Do you realize that the majority, if not the vast majority of our our membership do not post Vanities because we understand that Vanities are reserved for important subjects like prayer requests, activism reports, and a host of other timely causes that we can almost always actively affect?
You could have posted YOUR OPINION on any thread tonight, say for example Donald Trump Is Weighing Newt Gingrich for Vice President
or Huckabee: Romney trying to 'sink' Trump over taxes
OR...DRUM ROLL on another Vanity! ... Assessment of Trump (vanity)

“My initial thought the best selection would be Rubio........”
When the writer suggested Rubio might have been a good choice, I stopped reading right there. Dr. Carson, although one of the smartest and most likeable of the original candidates is NOT the choice for VP we need right now, he’d make a great Surgeon General.
IMO Trump will make a good president but his lack of inner governmental workings will limit him initially, hence he will need someone with government experience, “hear say” has it “Newt” is on his short list.

Hang your head in shame for the Wy alone.

I could not vote for Trump if he picked Carson. Would not vote for a Rat either but coould not vote for Trump.

NEVER happen. Ridiculous on it’s face. Trump has said over and over again that it will be an experienced POLITICIAN.
Not Cruz or Rubio either, they are ineligible.
Marsha Blackburn is my number one choice.
She supports Trump.
She is as conservative as they come.
She is a (lower level) member of Republican leadership.
She is in a safe Congressional district.
She is an attractive mature woman
She has said she would accept the position if asked.
She is Pro Life
She is a Christian (Presbyterian like Trump).
Marsha Blackburn on the issues: IMPRESSIVE!
