Actually, Ted you are greatly responsible for Trump’s rise. Your bend over marriage to the GOPe (your so-called ground game that is), your cowardly defense of the Chicago thugs, your narcissistic, codependent relationship with the lunatic Beck, your megalomaniac use of religion as a means to an end, your convenient gaming of the delegate system (excuse me, Mr Constitutional Conservative, I mean your legitimate use of law), your lack of actual accomplishments that matter in this election, your father’s odd ball comments, your proving over and over of the Lyin’ Ted moniker, your inability to win over 50% of your state, your inability to win... In general, you lost, and now, you are a loser.

I’m embarrassed to have been once upon a time a supporter of Cruz, but through his words and actions the fraud showed his true colors.

Ah, is hypocritical Cruz criticizing himself? He was the only one of the 17 GOP candidates who repeatedly defended and praised Trump last year. MSNBC has already put together a compilation video that they’ve shown of Ted saying all sorts of positive things about Trump (until he did a 180 and started pushing an extraordinary wealth of negative falsehoods about Trump instead). Cruz really is one of the most unprincipled politicians I’ve ever come across.
Ted does seem to work overtime to cultivate the popular culture image of conservatives as pure asshats.
Ted, those not explicitly supporting you with a vote are responsible for not supporting you. Those supporting Trump with a vote before you dropped out are responsible for supporting him over you.
Those supporting Trump after you dropped out are supporting the likely nominee over Hillary.
The anointed king is none too pleased with us.
I agree but for at least the next couple years be ready for Ted to be running a parallel presidency hopping in front of a camera any time he can to tell everyone how horrible anything Trump does is and how it should have been done.
Hopefully Texas won't reelect the guy or else he'll be whining through two terms of Trump. Look for him to be filibustering anything Trump has a lot of support for as well..

At the time I was souring on Cruz because I didn’t see a path for him to get the Delegates required. I was a Cruzer from the get go and always thought he was the smartest guy in the room no matter what room he walked into.
My dear Late Mother used to say “some people are so smart they’re stupid” It is sad to think that applies to Cruz.
I honestly have no idea how Cruz thinks any of these antics will help the Republicans come November. I am perplexed.
