The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping decree telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, the New York Times reported on Thursday.
The letter to school districts that will go out on Friday describing what they should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against is signed by officials of the Justice Department and Education Department, according to the Times.

That video that is going around about his being chosen shows a TSA agent feeling a passenger up. I’m so glad they included that. Emotions seems to have cooled down on that one but they shouldn’t have. How many children have been disturbed permanently by having this be their first sexual experience? Three people in my family have not flown since.
He enforces it by withholding funding. He does that with every state issue that he interferes with.

It was interesting to me to see Barnes & Noble on the side of the transgenders. One evening when the ladies’ room was closed for cleaning a woman had an emergency was not let into the men’s room. I joked about selective enforcement then, but now it is way past the joking point.

Ever since federal money and regulation infected public schools, they've had very little actual independence. I could imagine schools going along with this, for fear of losing federal funds.
The solution should be that transgender students can use the faculty rest rooms. That would cause teachers to get outraged and fight back.
Why not? Congress has self-identified as a small business.

The system had been developed in a way there really isn’t anyone to rise up agaisnt. Who would people go after with the torches and pitchforks these days? The president? Congrsss, senators? There is no king like the old days, even though Obama acts like one, so there is no clear entity to rally against. The elite are all controlled by big money from foreign countries and by big businesses.
Our country, it’s morale fabric and culture is being chipped away even faster now, seems like they are accelerating since it’s Obama last term.
I saw an interesting picture on line of a very attractive transgender female (born male). The question was do you want “her” going in your husbands rest room? The fact is that most transgenders in schools will be known to the principal and the counselors. They will have dressed and lived that way for some time, and schools will not be allowing smart ass non transgender boys to use female rest rooms, or nontransgender girls to walk into the locker room.
Trump, who owns more public restrooms than all Presidential contenders combined, says it has not been a problem. Who is trying to make this a huge issue to take up Trumps busy time, or force him to make a stupid statement about a subject that he knows more about than most of the rest of us.
