One of the nations top traffic safety organizations is issuing an urgent warning about driving while high. AAA says that in some states that have legalized marijuana, fatal accidents involving drivers whove consumed pot are on the rise.

When there are serious and or fatal collisions there are formal investigations to determine the cause and who was at fault.
For the 4rd time, where are these vital statistics?
Is all this a secret?
Whether you die from a crash or survive with injuries is moot if the driver is intoxicated. And the chances of a person being intoxicated increased with pot becoming legal.
Before pot was legal:
Accidents from alcohol = x.
After pot was legal:
Accidents from alcohol = x.
Accidents from pot = y.
x + y > x.
So if your daughter was rear-ended by a reckless driver doing 60 in a 25mph zone, detaching her head from her spine, no investigation is needed to determine cause or who was actually at fault, right? No statistics complied, no reports, no investigations, no witness statements, no nothing, right?
Why are you twisting in knots evading my questions?
Er....Compiled too.
Oh I see, so if your daughter is broadsided by an illegal alien and is now a paraplegic, because the illegal blew a red light, and there were a dozen witnesses, you have no problem with the law finding your daughter at fault because she had small trace of alcohol or pot in her system.
You'd have no problem here right?
x + y > x.
I am not evading. It simple math.
You’re evading every single legitimate question asked of you.
You get the tagline you disingenuous jackass.
Those stats do not differentiate between at fault and no fault collisions. It shows zip nothing.
Apparently they don’t bother to investigate fatal collisions in Colorado to determine cause and who was actually at fault...lol
It not that complicated. And calm down. Maybe you need to go smoke a doobie or pop some downers.
Youre evading every single legitimate question asked of you.
You get the tagline you disingenuous jackass.
oh wait...nevemind
subtle! Lol!
however, I'm proudly drug-free, so I understood your great joke instantaneously.
I deliberately highlighted it in case any stoners out there misread it the first time. :)
consequently, these pot heads are driving our school buses, flying planes, speeding along in their snowmobiles, etc....THEY ENDANGER ALL OF US...
alcohol can be spotted a mile a way...the smell, the eyes, the behavior...you can STOP a drunk because you can spot him...not so much with a pot head....
even if or when a major disaster happens because of some pot head, we'll still have the pot defenders....
its like their Viagra....they need it to make them feel important...
smoking is bad also....weed smoking is worse than cigarette smoking, hate to tell you...
they treat the democrats the same way....only the positive spin....
it'll all end when some little kid dies from it...
and I can't wait til the day that they take your guns away for using weed...its coming...
I can understand using it but this incessant defense of it leads me to believe that there is something seriously wrong in these people's lives...
drug users are usually multiple drug users...meaning they'll use alcohol, pot, meth, oxy's...anything and all the time....
why people think that making pot "legal" will solve the drug problem is beyond me...when you're a drug addict, NOTHING satisfies you....
legalizing pot has solved Nothing but it has given a lot of hard earned money to the govt, so all's good right?
You sound hysterical. And your comment has zip to do with my question or what was being discussed. Try reading the dialog prior to posting.
nope. people who smoke pot have redder eyes and smell a mile away so it’s easier to see
and if it’s about safety, what about the millions of people using synthetic Rx drugs all day and driving/flying/etc? why no outcry to control that? these drugs are more impairing, addictive, damaging and harder to detect than anything out there. we’ve seen far more high profile people crash cars on Ambien than anything. imagine how many Rx crashes go unnoticed because we/cops aren’t being told to care?
the “safety” line is BS. people are being fed propaganda bought by big business and the “policing for profit” system. there is no purpose or logic in banning pot except for the fact that many people would lose tons of money if it suddenly wasn’t
Duuuuuuuuuuddde mannnnnn, pfttttt... legalize it maaaaaaaaannn.. tax it mannnnn... pftttttt....
