Whether you die from a crash or survive with injuries is moot if the driver is intoxicated. And the chances of a person being intoxicated increased with pot becoming legal.
Before pot was legal:
Accidents from alcohol = x.
After pot was legal:
Accidents from alcohol = x.
Accidents from pot = y.
x + y > x.
So if your daughter was rear-ended by a reckless driver doing 60 in a 25mph zone, detaching her head from her spine, no investigation is needed to determine cause or who was actually at fault, right? No statistics complied, no reports, no investigations, no witness statements, no nothing, right?
Why are you twisting in knots evading my questions?
Oh I see, so if your daughter is broadsided by an illegal alien and is now a paraplegic, because the illegal blew a red light, and there were a dozen witnesses, you have no problem with the law finding your daughter at fault because she had small trace of alcohol or pot in her system.
You'd have no problem here right?
