In opposing the clear choice of the Republican primary electorate, the “Never Trump” crowd is simply displaying their contempt for the most politically active Republican voters.
This contempt was dramatically displayed during a CNN segment with Trump’s spokeswoman, Katrina Pierson, and Bill Kristol, the self-appointed guru of a Third Party movement whose only result can be to split the Republican ticket and provide Hillary with her best shot at the presidency.
Pierson urged Kristol to help unify the Party behind its presumptive nominee. Kristol grinned and answered her: “You want leaders to become followers.” Could there be a more arrogant response?
By what authority does Bill Kristol regard himself as a leader? Trump has the confidence of millions of highly committed and generally conservative Republican voters. That makes him a leader. Who does Bill Kristol lead except a coterie of inside-the-Beltway foreign policy interventionists, who supported the fiasco in Libya that opened the door to al-Qaeda and ISIS?
But what can it possibly mean? During the first Republican debate, in front of a television audience of 17 million people, Jeb Bush took a pledge saying he would support whoever eventually won the Republican primaries. But as soon as the winner was declared, Bush reneged on his promise. Is telling the truth a presidential value? Or do the anti-Trumpers make allowances for politicians they support, cutting them slack that permits them to lie or change their minds when it is convenient to do so?
The anti-Trump crowd seems most concerned about the personal insults that Trump used successfully to defeat his formidable and more experienced rivals. Perhaps they are forgetting the hundred million dollars worth of personal insults and attacks that were directed at Marco Rubio and Trump by Bush’s PAC, which the candidate himself never repudiated.

Anyone who will vote Hillary over Trump is a traitor and deserves to be scorned, humiliated and shamed in public.
Trump is far from perfect but we are talking about Trump vs. the “Butcher of Benghazi”. The #nevertrumpers who support hillary are spitting in the face of the Benghazi families. But they don’t care; their little tantrum is more important.

Kristol and his fellow minions don’t give a damn about the quality of American life. Their focus is their illusion of purpose.
If Trump accomplishes nothing more during this election cycle than exposing the “conservative” establishment for the frauds they always were, his campaign will have been a success in my eyes.
I think Mr. Trump is a man of his word. He is successful. He's the same things I want for this country. And he's not a politician.

It’s a good thing that the disgusting backstabbers prefer hillary. This is proof that hillary is part of the decades-long uniparty elitist scheme that is destroying the US. Those voters hillary has to win over will stay home in droves or vote Libertarian. Some will vote for Trump just because the likes of Ryan, Romney, and the Bushes despise him.

There are millions of us who feel the same way and we DO VOTE. With his faults, Trump MUST win this coming November or we can kiss the U.S. “good bye”. Do we want to become like the EU? Not this American veteran and voter.

Bill Krystol is apparently a legend in his own mind if he he fancies himself a “leader” versus the babbling idiot is is.
A "leader" sans followers is simply deluded.
Here is the exact attitude of the Republican Establishment, of which Kristol is a member. They are hostile to the idea of losing any amount of control to people who are not "members of the Club".

Voters are for Trump, or they are for Frump. I am a Never Frump voter. Frump is an obese, waddling, schreechy, bug-eyed, stroke-damaged, alcoholic, dumb liar. So, I am a Never Frump voter.
I’ve been trying. What Merkel is doing to eroupe is just outlandish to belive it could happen here. I tend to believe that Hillery has similar plans.
