Speaking of food- my laptop was down last night, so my recipe for supper went unreported- but now, I’m back up and running at an almost pristine speed and functioning dare I say fabulously, and proud as a peacock to report my dinner fare. I splurged- but wound up with some great leftovers. So- I probably got 3 meals out of the buy, and fed my brother too. Pretty darn good and definitely indulgent.
2 lbs ground lamb (burger)
4 chiabatta buns/rolls
1 red onion
spinach leaves
feta cheese
balsamic vinegar
appetizer
cherry tomatoes
celery
Triscuit crackers
Dry Cured Acorn Fed Iberico Salami (extremely thin sliced)
The night before- supper was chili dogs. lol
