Thank you. It turned out pretty good. Like a little kid, I filled up on the appetizers while I cooked the lamb patties. The only thing I would do differently, is make the patties twice as big in length and width, and half as big in thickness, so they matched the size and shape of the chiabatta buns. Maybe a little seasoning in the meat too. Something strong like a rub.
Rookie mistake.
