Welcome!
Time for Roll call-
Who’s here? Sound off- I know... we have the Kentucky Derby to contend with.
Do the triple split screen thing. One for freeping. One for the rally. One for the KY. Derby.
I love the ponies, but really, you seen one race you seen ‘em all.
This election is something I haven’t seen.
Yes, to all ... including the pickin’ and grinnin’ music! :-)
Only two screens here!
No more horses.... Went on to college, then life got busy. Found time for golf and loved the game, but I can’t really go out and leave my husband home, ... that’s my priority now. I had progressed to single digit handicap... I’m sure I’m “triple digits” now!!!! Ha!
I rode my boys without bridal and saddle too. Could jump over their rumps like the cowboys did in the movies.
Many long hours with them. Would fix a half bread loaf of peanut butter sammich ——some for me and some for them! Take off for the back forty for the day !
Front Street was packed with people and cops, local, county and state. That street belonged to the protestors with their "Get hate out of our state" signs. I smiled at them and walked on.
Some teenage punk in a small truck yelled, "Who are you voting for?"
"None of your goddam business," I growled.
"That's good," he said before he sped away.
Kok Road was where the line was for the rally. That was Trump territory, and the police are keeping the pro-Trump and anti-Trump forces on different parallel streets. Not a bad idea.
I got a nice sunburn and some exercise.
Alrighty then! Man the crowd line security barriers and lets get on with it people!
Love it!
I’m wondering if Trumps security has increased since he’s the our nominee? I’m so glad they are taking good care of Trump... We need to keep him safe!
Glad you walked down to report. Thank you
"Hillary was an enabler and she treated these women horribly. Just remember this," Trump said Saturday. "And some of those women were destroyed, not by (Bill Clinton), but by the way Hillary Clinton treated them after it went down."
Amazing freedom riding that way! Wonderful memories....
People are waving their tickets on the outside trying to get in. Likely not going to happen for more than a thousand
Upon bringing horse #1 (PB) home , we told our daughter that since she never had a lesson she should not try to ride him. About 3 hours after that she came running in "Mommy, Mommy I got on PB's back and had him walking around the barn".
To this day she hasn't had a real lesson. She bought Pat Parelli's dvds and watched his show.
She trained our 2nd horse, Bentley when he was a foal. She can ride him bareback , with saddle, swim with him down at the creek. Also, she has the boys run around in the paddock..around and around. She points her hand to the side and they change direction. She raises her hand up toward her and they walk over to her.
I amazed. She's like that with all animals. No wonder she's a vet tech.
KY Derby post time- 3:34... 28 minutes to race time.
Yes it is ! A wonderful childhood
Here.
What a disappointment. I hope they have the rally broadcast for them to hear. I wonder how many are attending?
