Even a rock-solid "here's how it happened," (h/t the fictitious Detective Monk) that a jury has hears, judges guilty, and the court pronounces a stiff sentence, is reasonably called "a theory." If facts that truly contradict a theory become known, then it may not be called a theory. It's that simple.
There are conspiracies that have taken place and investigators that have figured out what happened, often getting indictments, prosecutions, guilty verdicts, and sentences, etc. A true narrative of such a thing would still be properly called a "conspiracy theory."
I may hold to "theories,"--as do well all about even some of the more mundane aspects of our lives--but I would give up any appropriate part if contradictory facts were to come to light. Would you? Or would you see a falsehood even be used as a basis for malicious prosecution if you had let it become your job?
Look at the newly-presented facts shown on this thread. There has been rife deception in this case. If you choose to work on behalf those that have done the deceiving, we right would ask, "What are you up to?"
As rodguy911 nicely excerpted above, "How many things are wrong with that scenario? And given how many of those wrong things there are, why should we believe her death is just exactly what those plane occupants said about it?
Although a group in 1967 started doing a very good job of making the term "conspiracy theories" a pejorative and a millstone around any neck that would hold to them, neither I, you, nor any other thinking person need bother gloat that a true narrative about an actual conspiracy has temporarily evaded justice.

Who does?

“No one was injured except for the cut on the pilots head.”
According to the NTSB report of December 15, 2013 two of the passengers sustained severe injuries. They were closest to the pilot.
“During a telephone conversation, Denise reported that her father, Bruce, had broken ribs and a gash on his head. He was in pain and had difficulty breathing. Her mother, Marilyn, was still in the hospital with broken ribs and sternum. She was also having difficulty breathing.”

Your comment that their statements are “mighty convenient recollection!” indicates to me you give less weight then the brothers even though they predate his statement.
Their statement about Fuddy’s heart condition is neither convenient nor inconvenient. At this point there is zero evidence that they were not being factual. They must be given the exact same weight as the brother’s.
What it “indicates to [you]” is affirmed to be more a reflection of your thinking than my thinking, inherently.
I see the brother’s involvement in this ruse as a being bit more “at arm’s length” than the Maui County Chaplain’s, inasmuch as it was she, who made the identification.
Arm’s length?
As he prepared to file a wrongful death lawsuit! A healthy, no heart condition Fuddy helps in such a suit.
See how easy the conspiracy game is.
I’m pretty sure the brother has not been admitted to the bar. I thought Rick Fried was the Attorney of Record.
If the brother would maintain a different story after the BIL-and-sister’s conversational statement to the IIC, perhaps even later having heard thereof, he was apparently nonetheless confident in a different version of the tale. That could be significant, though I doubt any such things weighed heavily toward settlement of their suit(s).
If maintaining about her fine health was naughtiness on the brother’s part, you’ll have to tell us whether telling incorrect stories was part of a pattern with him. If so, perhaps that family was riddled throughout with such problematic inclinations.
The ME did not report finding any heart damage.
I don’t see any conspiracy necessarily being alluded to in what you wrote—or that I wrote (recently) for that matter.
You’re talk as if you’re playing a game. I’m not.
FAA voice recordings and written records say the “crash” was 300 yards from the airport. Topographic maps of the area show shallow waters there. They were close to shore and could have made it to shore very quickly, as you say, but it wasn’t in the script. We were all supposed to think it was 1/2 mile out, so the FBI (under the control of AG Eric Holder, whose wife hung out on Maui while the coroner was deciding what to say in the “autopsy” of whatever was drudged up with the infant life vest that Fuddy had NOT worn...) would be in charge of any death investigation and had discretion to refuse to investigate.
It was all a con. The question right now is whether anybody is willing to report just how big and bad a con it really was. We refuse to listen at our own peril. Do we have ANY truthful media left - any place where evidence is sifted and the truth revealed? That remains to be seen. If not, then kiss the country goodbye forever.
That image is supposedly the condition and treatment of a guy who suffered the equivalent of being in a warm swimming pool for an hour and a half. In a swimming pool he could easily have been out of in about 6 minutes had he chosen to do so.
The gall is breathtaking. They think we’re idiots. And the sad thing is, with the media and corrupt regime in league with each other, a lot of good people are acting the part of idiot extremely well.
Dr. Harle never even requested to see Fuddy’s medical records. If Fuddy knew she had an irregular heartbeat and needed to do something about it, it was presumably because she was diagnosed by a doctor - who in the diagnosing of it would have also treated her. The story on its face makes no sense. And if any of that had been true, then why didn’t Harle even ask to see the medical records, which would have confirmed her conclusions MUCH better than second-hand hearsay?
But the fact is that what the USCG swimmers drew up from the water was something that had on a lifejacket that Fuddy never wore. If Harle did an autopsy on THAT, it has nothing to do with Fuddy herself. Fuddy was wearing an adult lifejacket. Where did she go - since it obviously wasn’t her that the USCG swimmer lifted from the water and that Harle presumably “autopsied”?
“Do we have ANY truthful media left”
No
It’s not just this. its many other issues as well. Benghazi, the MB in the US,the “immigrants”(should read terror types) we are bringing into the U.S. posed as refugees. It’s endless with these people and their trained seals the msm.
tip of the iceberg
No, you are absolutely playing a game - let’s look at images on my computer and whatever we say must be true game.
Let me give you a for instance.
The image of Fuddy by the door, looks like she is wearing the same size vest to the one that Hollstein is wearing.
It also looks like only the top cell is inflated. The bottom cell is flat, not inflated.
Look really closely now... The world will see in who's mind games are being played out:
I don’t know maybe she did. I would guess that because the facts of the crash matched the evidence she didn’t feel it was necessary. And I assume she didn’t believe the family was lying to her.
I was basing it on this image.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/f786vua8abbq64k/cfPFDs.jpg?dl=0
And I agree it does look inflated in your blown-up image but still looks to be the same size as Hollstein’s.
But the key is, when they're inflated, they take on a distinctive shape. And that is truly hard to miss, try as you might, 4Zoltan!
If one reads the text surrounding the lower images, the average person (not going off the deep end) would not miss the import of the point of this graphic.
It's a shame the NTSB couldn't get behind all of this and give it a proper airing before P&WC, Textron Aviation and all their customers and shareholders would see their reputations besmirched and wallets flattened.
