I read the article, and it is full of lies and distortions. Although GB and his co workers did roll their faces in cheeto’s. It was a joke. Beck was all in for Cruz, but from what I can see, and I do watch, is that lies and distortions come from a place of religious bigotry. Sure, Mormons are different than other Christians, but they are Christians. Just because they are different, does not make them better or worse than Catholics or Protestants. It just makes them different.

No amount of whitewash you put on Beck will hide the fact that he is certifiable. From saying god took out Scalia for Cruz, to his fastings, to his biblical comparisons to Cruz, to his swearing in, to his stabbing urges, to his abnormal worship of Cruz, there is plenty of signs that he is not right. His religion is not the issue. His twisted and insane implementation of it is.
No Mormons are NOT Christians. They do not believe in the the Jesus of Christianity, the fully Hod and fully human that is one part of the triune God. They think Jesus was the brother of Llucifer amongst their heresys.
Fair comment. Mormons are not Christian simply because they do not baptize in the name of the Trinity. And no, Brigham Young did not teach the Trinity but taught the Lord is simply a new Adam.
Glenn Beck is very smart and writes very good books. My guess is that he is comfortable with talking and talking without much interruptions and thus gets sloppy. He could exercise more, support the will of the people and continue to write very good books. Supporting Cruz hurt is brand in the long run.

No they are not. It is their theology and low view of Christ that makes them not Christians.

Christians are defined by one God only and ever eternally, whose name is invoked by calling out the name of Jesus.
The Mormon Jesus is but one god amongst many others, who are gods of different planets and to them Jesus a created being.
They also believe that Jesus and Satan are actually brothers.
They don’t accept the bible as the final authority, only insofar as it is translated correctly. And that translation of doctrine from their bible and its meanings are WAY different than Roman, Orthodox or Protestant Fundamentalist Christians believe anywhere.
They don’t believe Jesus was CRUCIFIED... as that means stretched out on a CROSS... instead they teach that Jesus was staked on a post.

Your statement that Mormons are Christians is in error. Mormons believe that we all evolve into gods. They believe that the Creator Yahweh evolved into God and that Jesus/Yahshua evolved from a man into God. Little looney but definitely not Christian.
