I am becoming more and more confused about what it means to be a conservative. But am learning fast that it has become all about getting even.

The Golden Rule is apparently not a New York value.
Yep. As you judged the tow-truck driver, you are hereby judged.
To: Resettozero
That’s the most ridiculous I’ve heard in a very long time. It is not the job of any tow truck driver to school me or anyone else in politics.

Especially, since the Sanders sticker was a clear sign of a mentally unstable customer. I would have pointed it out, then left. (not many tow truck drivers are PC)

Typically because the vehicles with Clinton/Gore, Gore/Lieberman, Obama/Biden, Hillary, and Bernie bumperstickers are typically oxidized and clapped-out junkers.
No thanks. The rest of us do not wish to telegraph our position to jealous leftists who will think nothing of keying our cars simply due to whom we prefer leading our beloved country.

Then go get an education before posting this garbage here again.

Typical of a cultist tRump supporterCultists are cultists. But this Trump supporter thinks it was a rotten thing the driver did, and reading through the comments I am not alone.

One wonders if the Bernie Sanders motorist would have reported what a WONDERFUL experience she had engaging with a tow truck driver with Donald Trump stickers on his rig?
Maybe, maybe not. Why prejudge? If the tow driver were exceptionally professional and polite, the motorist might have learned or realized something important.
People like all these scandalous stories because they confirm their prejudices and give them excuses to indulge them. Behave like something other than a stupid cliche and maybe others will (eventually) respond in kind.
In any event, we don't know the circumstances involved here. She may have been condescending or sarcastic and that may have justified the driver's behavior in his own eyes. If she wasn't, then he was the jerk so many people assume he was.

What was a Sanders supporter doing out in a car? Have they not received the memo to switch to bikes or other climate-friendly means of transportation? Think of the earth.

It was a douche move on the part of this driver. Makes Republicans look bad.
Its also bad business.
I bet there is a high correlation between Bernie supports and people who have crappy cars that they dont take care of.
Thats his prime customer base.
"A douche move"?
Yep. An idiot also.
To: TheThirdRuffian
It, like the rain clouds, will blow over. Personal rights are at stake. Too few rights are left. Right or wrong in someone else’s eyes the driver had a personal right to do as he pleased. i stand for personal responsibility, not someone else’s opinion of my actions.

Why not? You're condescending toward him for not being as "schooled" as you are. Why cannot he or any other person "school" you. No law against "schooling", especially if it was what would have wanted done to him.
Also, your underlying motive for posting your opinions on this thread was clear a few posts ago.

As I remember there was even worse going on.

I think so. I need to read up on the “know-nothings.” I think they were the same idea.

This guy doesn’t read the Christian Bible or he would have read that God told us to help the stranger...
The Good Samaritan helped someone who voted for the other party...

What an idiot...
Yes, I agree she is an idiot but the lesson she has learned from this hopefully will influence her to modify her erroneous and destructive life decisions for the better.
