Ted Cruz is quitting the presidential race, according to campaign manager Jeff Roe, ending one of the best-organized campaigns of 2016 after a series of stinging defeats left Donald Trump as the only candidate capable of clinching the nomination outright.

Ask the 36% of voters in Indiana who voted for Cruz. Perhaps your snark can get them to vote for Trump. Or perhaps Trump will run far enough left to make up those votes. Could happen, right?

I hope that Trump and his supporters realize they need to now extend the olive branch and bring us back together...and I hope the never-Trump crowd realizes that Trumo is infinitely better for the USA than Hillary.

Yes, I hope so too. I’m a Trump supporter and I will be extending olive branches to Cruz supporters. I once was one. I’ll even be extending to those who called me stupid, or mindless, or an idiot, morally bankrupt, etc.
I love my country and want very badly to see Hillary defeated! I trust every Cruz supporter loves this country too!
