I don’t know. I do know fall ballots aren’t printed until after conventions, and states agree to party nominees in terms of what comes out of conventions.

I don’t think earlier filings would have any impact.

I think that was the master plan all long.

My guess is after the primaries are over, Hillary will be forced to accept a plea deal and drop out of the race.

I would imagine the plea deal will be Hillary pleaing guilty to some minor charges, like mishandling government documents with no jail times or heavy monetary fines but she will have to drop out of the Presidential race. And in steps Biden with Elizabeth Warren as his running mate.

That's just my guess and I'll be the first to admit I could be wrong but I think that is what is going to happen.

Obama holds all the cards in this play of palace intrigue, and you know good and darned well that he’ll play every one of them to his greatest advantage.

Let us not forget that he holds the ‘get out of jail free’ card, as well. Hillary WILL get her mind right about all this when the time comes. In fact, she may have already done so. After all, she’s only running to stay out of prison anyway.

Your theory is not only plausible, I think it’s probable.
