The Cruz supporters used to say: “Ted Cruz is catching Fire!”

Now it looks like he is going down in flames

Headline should read: Half of 680 Republicans Support Trump.

The pollsters and media have been looney for many months. They do a poll of fewer people than most large high schools or do on-line polls which mean nothing, and THEN publish the results as though they represent all voting citizens.

Advice: Don’t ever bet money based on polling results!

My wish is that people who vote in the remaining States will just lie to those who ask them questions in the exit polls. I really tiring of the media calling the primaries for a candidate about 30 seconds after the polls close, based only on exit polls. I’d love to see the media mouths with egg on their faces!

Add 20% to adjust for the customary and now expected media bias and it puts Trump at 60% which is where other recent polls have him as far as support from Republicans.

Interesting. Of course, most will say it doesn’t matter because their candidate didn’t get high enough numbers.

[Reuters] National poll: Half of Republicans support Trump [Trump 49.8 Cruz 30% Kasich 14.7%]

LOLBOOM!

That's might nigh on a 20 point lead, and basically a majority (within the MOE).

Expect Trump's "ceiling" to continue creeping upward, both state-by-state and nationally.

Cruz should clearly see that the end is nigh for his campaign, and he's actually further demonstrating precisely why he wouldn't make a good President.

The policy positions of the two candidates do not vary that greatly. The GOP voters in this country have made their decision based on additional criteria. Leadership, for instance. Ted Cruz has lost in that realm. Charisma/likability, another example. Ted Cruz has lost in that realm as well. Ideological purity? Ted Cruz wins, yay!

The bottom line is, Ted Cruz has lost this campaign across the categorical board, for the most part, including "intangibles". Cruz has fully embraced the GOPe and their Machiavellian tactics. Ted Cruz has become one with the Enemy Elites.

The corrupt, entrenched Uniparty status quo in Washington DC must be upended, before anything good will happen with our federal government. Until that process begins, nothing else positive can proceed.

Donald Trump is clearly the best choice.

Vote Trump
