Of course he is. But the real question, which isn't really a question because we all know the answer, is will he go down for it. Not a chance that a Cuomo will get justice in NY.

Yes, I believe he was involved in it.

I also believe it will be found that there is absolutely no evidence pointing to Cuomo. Our governor is a very sharp guy, and knows how to instruct his subordinates to do what is necessary without actually saying anything.
