Yes, I believe he was involved in it.
I also believe it will be found that there is absolutely no evidence pointing to Cuomo. Our governor is a very sharp guy, and knows how to instruct his subordinates to do what is necessary without actually saying anything.
Remember the concept " Three Men in the Room " to direct State activities ?
Sheldon Silver - gone !
Dean Skellos - gone !
Andrew Cuomo - the last man standing !
Bring back the Morland Commission , under someone who isn't under Cuomo's thumb !
The State Ethics Commission hasn't met in 7 years !
Cuomo's answer to ethics issues is to make legislators full-time, with no other outside income (except re-election campaigns, and kickbacks)
