Howdy, Kathy.

Were you and your brother able to accomplish much yesterday?
Did he spend time with your mom today and maybe whittle a bit more off The List?

He had an afternoon appointment, so only stayed about any hour. He has a couple leads on jobs that are really promising, so he's having/needing to work them. If he can find another job while he is here....that would be the best. He has an interview on Thursday.

I told him the one thing he had to do was stop by and visit each day with Mom. He's coming to work tomorrow and Sunday, and he knows I want a new bolt/nut for my sunroof and he is responsible for finding out about the tankless water heater. We can get a bunch done in just a couple hours.

I'm not sure when he goes home, but on May 10th he and his wife and a truck leave Hamilton, Georgia, and drive to Jamestown, Tennessee, to close on the selling of their house there and arrange to get the boat from TN to GA.

All appendages crossed for luck he can find a job while he’s there. It’s going to cost some bucks to get Gypsy seaworthy.

Good to hear they’ve sold the house in TN. That’s a pretty place and I didn’t think it would be hard to sell it.
Did the donkey stay or did it travel to GA too?

Hope he can find that nut/bolt for the sunroof quickly. That really needs to be taken care of.

A tankless water heater would be great for that tub. I don’t know who might sell them up there but maybe there’s a company you can order one from online. The thing will be finding a plumber who can install it properly I guess.

Well, we went out and yeah, it was fun enough. Nothing spectacular. Always nice to get away from the house for a bit.

Been dealing with upset kittehs since we got home, trying to integrate the new guy into the “herd”. I finally put him back outside so I could have a little peace. LOL

I knew BC would go with them but wondered about the others. Glad they were able to find homes for them.

He was the only one but he just came back inside.
He stays at the back porch but I’m still more comfortable with him inside at night, especially tonight. We heard coyotes howling when we got home tonight. Not real close but close enough.
I’ll put Cooper in the bathroom when I go to bed. Too soon to leave him with the others unattended.
