Yep, another one. I honestly think some of Hubby’s buddies are responsible for dropping off cats here. I’ve heard them complain about cats being dumped in their neighborhoods over the years and some of those probably end up here. Of course, none of them will ever admit to doing it.
He was around all afternoon yesterday and there weren’t any fights with the other outside cats then. We bring them in at night and Hubby didn’t let them out this morning. We wanted to keep them apart until Cooper was tested for feline leukemia and aids, which was done today.
We’ll wait a little longer before bringing him inside to meet the rest of the “herd” but I don’t want to wait too long. As long as he’s outside at night, he has the chance of meeting up with coyotes.
I did walk him through the house this afternoon while holding him so he could see what’s in store. He was curious but not upset by all the others.
We’ve been lucky in not having much trouble integrating newbies into the group. Hope that’ll be the case with this guy. He’s a real sweetie so that helps.

He’s a baby doll and loves to be held and cuddled.
Hubby just brought him inside though I planned to wait another couple of days. So far, so good, though a few have hissed at him. But he ignored them and doesn’t hiss back.
