I have a feeling that the nomination isn’t the only thing clinching right now.
With 583 still available, that is 48.88% (49% of the remaining delegates. Very doable indeed.
Only the wait is painful.

Imagine if he won the WH what a shock it would have been to his supporters, and what an infuriating disappointment to the rest of us.
Yesterday instead of announcing he was dropping out, the Canadian announced he was making Carly his running mate. Now either he’s insane or he knows something we do not. I would say the latter is the case, the elites have made plans with him.

I am personally ashamed that I ever held him in high regard. But I was fooled for 20 years by a Republican Establishment that lied to me at every turn. It’s a wonder I haven’t been married and divorced 5 times and living in a fricking trailer. I feel so stupid.
Especially if Trump keeps cheating by winning those winner-take-all states.
(It cracked me up to see Cruzers suggest that winning winner-take-all states is somehow akin to the kind of shenanigans that Cruz has been doing in Colorado, etc.)
Zatso? Do you seriously think that even if he walks in to the convention with 1300+ delegates the GOPe won’t try to steal the nomination???
If it truly is the latter, then the elite establishment is truly bucking for armed revolt.
I wouldn't rule out a Bobby Kennedy style change of candidates.
