Wednesday on WABC Radios Election Central with Rita Cosby, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), a former Republican presidential candidate, said front-runner Donald Trumps foreign policy speech today was at times unnerving and pathetic, and also was scary it terms of its construct.
Graham said, He has no understanding of the world and the role we play, adding, This is worse than Obama. Obama is seen in by the region in the Mid East as being an unreliable partner. I think the entire world is going to look at Donald Trump as guy who doesnt understand the role of America.

These hateful people have been courted over the years by the left, and have been gloating at what they’ve perceived as putting the rest of us in our place. This is sick, and now that they are facing the possibility of having a President who will undue this damage their hatred manifests as violence.
I voted for the Democrat running against him (don’t remember the name). I still feel good about that vote.
He has no understanding of the world and the role we play,
Translation: Trump is going to destroy Graham’s and the elite’s ability to manipulate the system to their advantage.
You're right they feel entitled to abuse us and our children. It's disgusting... they're disgusting.
That is so true. He never actually expresses a positive opinion about anything, just rails against anyone who doesn't agree with the far left, especially Trump. Please, please ditch him, South Carolina voters.
Graham is a globalist all the way and he sees the US global role as Uncle Sucka to foreign nations and multinational corporations. He could care less about America or Americans. He’s a global fascist.
Your buddy about lose his seat in Arizona and hasn't said a peep

If the world wants our protection, pay up. We are a country and we will put our national interests, FIRST.
We will secure out borders, and mexico will pay for the wall.
Israel is our ally, most mooselimbs are our enemy.
The european elite can kiss our collective asses. Pay up.”
Well said.
And if we started a names thread (of the ones I left off), it would go on for a long time...
If I ran into Sen. Graham in a men’s bathroom I’d assume the LGBT bathroom bill passed.
Graham doesn’t understand Trump’s foreign policy. Like the idea of allying with Russia to help Christians being slaughtered by Graham’s Salafist jihadi buddies. Or rejecting a foreign policy of ‘endless war for endless peace’ which only spills American blood and treasure and only makes things favorable for Islamism. Or scrapping NATO, which was designed to stop a Soviet tank invasion and today is simply very expensive European vacation for the generals and other perfumed princes. Etc.
But don’t let Graham real goals be lost in foreign policy wonkism. I do believe Graham’s ultimate goal is to become a sultan in the Neo-Ottoman Empire.
In an interview yesterday, Carly, in a very matter-of-fact way stated that those voting for Trump (a decisive plurality) do not count, the delegates will come through for Ted regardless of the votes, and that endorsements from big names like Graham will put Ted over the top. So she not only insulted every Trump voter, she pretty much confirmed delegate manipulation, and places value on the endorsements like Graham. This level of hubris and delusion is far worse than any crass comment Trump has ever made.
No, Linda, what’s unnerving and pathetic is the fact that you think anyone values your opinion on anything.
Rush has been a great, great disappointment to me over his partisanship.
The fix is in with him.
Excellent and well stated post. Thank you.
I am not a Trump fan (from even before his run at the presidency). Bear with me, though. The speech was scripted and read off a teleprompter. We didn't get the usual "Donaldism" during it; if you will. It was woefully short on specifics, IMO. That's fine, too; it's an election trail speech. Most importantly, it was about 180 degree out of phase with Graham's description of it. While I am dubious about Trump's ability to follow through on what he said, if what he said is the foundation of his foreign policy and he only gets a fraction of it accomplished, America and the world will be much better off for it.

Once again, Trump is offending all the right people.
LOL. That was a perfect transcription of his shows since mid January.
He makes the case, and I think it's a good point, that Cruz's strategy would have been very good if Trump didn't run.
and that is the crux of the matter to me - a good strategy allows for the unknown.
Further, Rush continues to harp on Cruz being anti-establishment and THAT is where I believe he's gone tone deaf. Cruz is not anti-establishment and hasn't been since he entered the game back in 2000.
Rush continues to believe that "conservative" = anti-establishment. Perhaps from an ideological perspective. But, in reality, most "conservatives" once in the political arena, support the establishment they have become part of in DC. I've seen it happen to virtually every single one. The ones who don't fall in line - leave quickly. That's not Ted Cruz. He has fallen in line and Rush desperately doesn't want that covered.
Linda is trying his best to save his GF in AZ
Trump leading the ticket will mean the end of McCain and then will shatter the GOP-e
