I just got home and saw the clip of this and simply cannot wrap my mind around this. First, having the chutzpah to pick a VP after being crushed in the primaries, then letting this kooky broad have the mic.
This is quite literally life imitating Onion. No, scratch that, this is far beyond Onion level satire. The Onion and other sites would never think of this because it is too unbelievable.
The various news channels and websites are somehow discussing this story with a straight face. I imagine we still have some Cruztards here doing the same.
The only explanations I will accept is that Cruz is intentionally sinking his campaign, a flaming opus of sorts, or ... I had a stroke and am presently in a coma while my mind is dreaming of some bizarro twilight zone.
