Even the Boulder County chair agrees there were problems, at the very least in her district.
According to the article Trump isn’t contesting any of Cruz’s delegates.

Those were just empty talking points. They knew it was a scam. And now the admission has come.

My brother and his wife, who are regular caucus attendees, said the whole thing was CRAP. He’s furious that he’s been disenfranchised and he went to the caucus. He ended up leaving without voting because NO ONE WOULD SAY WHO THEY WERE SUPPORTING! They had to vote for precinct delegates, who elected state delegates, who would elect national delegates.
One guy said he was a cruz guy and my brother said there was no way he was voting for him, and another who just wanted to be a delegate and hadn’t made up his mind — he just thought it would be fun. WHAAAT?? He didn’t know who these other bozos were. There was NO vote for a presidential candidate at all. He was very angry and left as they were taking ideas for propositions and some lady suggested removing all rodents from the endangered species list... He was left after that. He’s livid about the whole scam.
Crickets. I’m absolutely amazed at how far Cruz has managed to get on what is apparently a really despicable personality.
