Because he’s already used it to gain delegates through votes over Cruz. And we are going to se even more effects from the 5 “elections” Ted won. ND didn’t have an election, Ted should quit lying about that. Trump is pounding Cruz into the dirt over it.

I don’t think he expected to win the state, so he moved on.
It’s against some folk’s inner core to look back. They make a decision and that’s it. Done. They don’t give it another thought.
Trump has complained about some processes, but I don’t believe he has asked for any do overs.
I suspect team Trump doesn't want to give cover to Cruz and his merry band of sleaze bags if and when they attempt to disqualify delegates in the Credentials Committee.
Better to tweet it and let the press run with it. Few days before Indiana would be good timing.
Because they're not going to be seated. Trump is going to let the Colorado GOP clean up their own mess. Publicly...

The CO folks will have to try like Hell to "follow the rules" again between now and the convention without deliberately shutting out anyone who isn't a Cruz delegate or the CO delegates won't be credentialed at the convention because they didn't live up to what the RNC claims they expect.

What good would that do? There is a time to admit a system is stacked against you and move on. If he contested who would be deciding the issue?
Trump already said they weren't worth the effort, like a couple of other flyover states.
