No. Bush's war in Iraq destabilized much of the Middle East as zer0’s Arab Spring and the removal of Kaddfi, did to the rest. We should have stayed on point after 9/11 and gotten Bin Laden and if punishment needed to be meted out it should have been to Saudi Arabia and Egypt who funded and provided training land for Al Qaeda to train.
