ALBANY The head investigator for the state Board of Elections probed the 2014 fundraising efforts by Mayor de Blasio and his team on behalf of the Senate Democrats and found enough willful and flagrant violations to warrant a criminal referral to the Manhattan DAs office.
The Daily News obtained a bombshell memo state Board of Elections Chief Enforcement Officer Risa Sugarman sent to the boards four commissioners on Jan. 4 recommending the referral.
I have determined that reasonable cause exists to believe a violation warranting criminal prosecution has taken place, Sugarman wrote. The violations discovered by this investigation can only be described as willful and flagrant.

I didn’t say that, but yes the rules are you need a MAJORITY!
It’s that simple. He needs to get to 1237. Whether on first vote or 20th vote. I’m not sure why this isn’t hard to understand. No one wants a plurality as the nominee. If we did where were they when this rule was in effect the last umpteen years?
I will support the nominee. Will you?
BTW: I honestly think if Trump is the nominee Hillary is the winner (unless she’s in jail). Trump is the ONLY person with higher negatives than Hillary.
“I will support the nominee. Will you?”
Not if it is done by stealing delegates. I will write in Donald J Trump on my ballot.
Stop using Cruz Core Math.
I'm going to ignore that cultists thingy and move on to my point. I think the GOPe understand exactly how many of us will never again vote for an R if they thwart Mr Trump. Lets just see how much they dare to poke the bear.
We did fine without the John Anderson voters in 1980.
A big percentage of Trump’s supporters comes from disaffected democrats and independents, not Republicans. Republicans need to select our nominees, not democrats.
If that was ever the case, it was before the rubes caught on to the games and lies.
We rubes are not amused.
So if republican delegates shuffle rules and give Romney a third bite at the apple you’re good with it? Just so long as no democrats in open primary states weighed in.
I second it. Look at the rallies that he holds, packed places.
I predict that this will be over for both Cruz and Kasich come this Tuesday night.
Bye.
It’s already over but it will be near impossible to continue the charade after Tuesday.
Lying Ted’s rally cry: I’ll have HALF the delegates!!
Kasicks’s rally cry: I won my home state.
