Um, yeah, good luck with that.
According to the latest Reuters Polling snapshot Senator Cruz has dropped another 5 points this week LINK . This comes on the heels of several weeks of polling data outlining how Ted Cruz has a significant problem with authenticity.
Readers will note we have discussed this several times. The more the general electorate get to see and know Ted Cruz, the more his support drops. There is a direct correlation.

The Associated Press now reports the Cruz Camp is making an effort to train Senator Cruz to become more likable:
[ ] The lengths Cruz has to go in boosting his standing with voters were starkly evident in a focus group of Republican women this week in Pittsburgh. When the women were asked what they knew about Cruz, several described him as untrustworthy or a liar. GOP front-runner Donald Trump has spent weeks assailing Cruz as Lyin Ted.
And when focus group participants were asked what animal best described Cruz, some said a mosquito or a hornet.
You just want to bat it away, one woman said. The session was organized by Public Opinion Strategies and Purple Strategies as part of the Walmart Moms series that focuses on female voters. (read more)

The more people see him, the less they like him.
I started out a Cruz supporter.
The longer the campaign has gone on the less I like him.
It is beginning to turn into dislike.
He should quit before we all start hating him.
Is he gonna have an obnoxious fake laugh like Hillary too?
The man simply cannot “connect.” However, I would vote for him if he is the candidate opposite the “Wicked Witch Of The West.” I can’t put my finger on it. I simply do not like Cruz.

Me to. However trying to steal delegates is the last straw for me. I will not vote for Elmer Gantry.
Ask Hillary, that ‘become likable’ campaign is easier said than done. She’s been reinventing and re-re-reintroducing herself for the last 20 years, and still most people can’t stand her even though many still plan to vote for her.
Michael Savage may have picked up on this as well. Savage has said many times that he sees Ted Cruz as knowledgeable and a skilled debater, but not likable, charismatic and/or electable by the American public. Some folks are quite efficient workers, but have something about them that repels vs attracts people.
Trump doesn't have that negative trait. Why? He doesn't begrudge others the success he's had in life. He doesn't think no one else can accomplish what he has.
Why Ted Cruzs Facial Expression Makes Me Uneasy
... I cant put my finger on it. I simply do not like Cruz...
Cruz has career beltway politician traits such as dodging and deflecting questions, as he did during his recent Hannity interview. He responded like a typical Washington Beltway politico.
Hillary couldn’t have done a better job in giving a quasi, non answer to a direct question that Hannity repeatedly asked of him.
Something says don’t TrusTED.
You may be right. It is in large part demeanor as the basis of my dislike.
You know what’s so funny about this? Eight years ago, we marveled on FR about how so few people who knew Obama for the longest time had anything nice to say about him...we thought it was a “clue.”
Ahh.. the good old days on FR.
Fast forward to now. The same can be said of Sen Cruz. The longer they’ve known him, the less they like him.
Contrast with Trump...people who have known him for decades, even those who disagree with him politically, cannot stop telling us what a great guy he is. So generous, decent, etc.
Tells ya something, doesn’t it?
Cruz made himself unacceptable to a large number of people he needed to form a winning coalition in his very announcement of his candidacy.
Specifically, I’m talking about the liberty movement, which was essential to any GOP majority he could form. Cruz knew Rand Paul was going to run for well over a year, and knew the exact date Paul would announce, and deliberately stole his thunder by announcing (by surprise, notifying no one) a mere week earlier.
From that point forth Cruz was already unacceptable to a large number of GOP voters.
Today, the mere sight of him makes me want to wash my eyes with Clorox.
Ted has a way with words, no doubt about it.
Two remarks he’s made during this election year that will live on in political INFAMY #1. “Copulating with a rodent”
#2. America has always been best when she is lying down with her back to the mat, and the crowd had given the final count!
!!!!!??!!
That is an outstanding article.
Thanks for posting.
I’ve seen that thing a million times. Where in God’s name did that come from, or when he did it?
It sends chills up my spine.
