“Saint Third is dropping like a rock.”

Autocorrect issues? Do you mean “Saint Turd”?

Lyin’ Ted can only “win” in caucus frauds and voterless Selections assisted by the GOP-Establishment.

Even in his questionable “homestate” of Texas, Lyin’ Ted only amassed 43% of the vote.

When the people vote, Trump wins.

Yeah, have to watch those “liberal” northeast Trump states like AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, MS, NC, NV, SC, TN, VA, and soon WV.

Did I miss any “liberal northeast” states?

I thought Colorado would have consequences. Legal or not, taking delegates away from the candidates the voters wanted is wrong. It’s no different than activist judges overturning the will of the people.

Trump and Cruz have got this far because of anger over the party using us, taking us for granted, and lying to us. That is why Jeb and Rubio floundered. And now Cruz does the same thing - with people’s votes no less, starting in Iowa and continuing through Colorado, while proclaiming himself the most conservative, most Christian candidate in the field? Dumb, just dumb.

The Mormons vote in lock step how they are told.

I’m in Tennessee and Trump won overwhelmingly here. East Tennessee is one of the most conservative parts of the country. It’s been Republican since before the CW, every when her neighbors physically attacked people here for being so. Intimidation doesn’t work here so Cruz lost big time.

Outside of his home state area Cruz seems to need establishment help to win the states he did. The Mormon mafia in Utah and the Walker machine in Wisconsin for example. Trump won the states he did using less than a skeleton crew around him - no polling - no superpacs - no focus groups - no speech writers and almost no money spent.

Do you mean the states Cruz has won that actually voted, or no?

Trump spent his money in tightwad fashion strategically while it didn’t matter much to not do so. He is now going in to close the deal and has opened up his wallet when it is needed most. NOW. Smart man. He withheld his ammunition until going in for the kill.

Love this man. He is a chess player when the rest of them are playing checkers. He has an intuitive feel for the game, and is a better politician than the real politicians. We are so lucky to have him at the right time in history when he is needed most by our country.

P.S., Rubio is signalling to Trump that he is available for VP if Trump would want him, which is another question.

You are spot on with your assessment of how smart Trump has played this primary spending game, so far, dear flaglady!!

I definitely see KaSick and Rubio jockeying for VP spot. I don’t see what the Rube brings to the ticket....he couldn’t even win FL!!

KaSick has delegates AND OH....and DC workings knowledge. Not that I want KaSick for VP, by ANY means.

I really don’t want Kasich but logic on picking up Ohio is pretty sound. Sigh.

To me, KaSick and Rubio are six of one and half a dozen of the other. Although I think Rubio is more conservative at heart than KaSick, who is too much the liberal for my tastes.

I’d rather have Rubio than Cruz or Kasich. But I’d really rather have Sessions.
