Donald Trump says he believes transgender people should be able to use whichever bathroom they choose.
Speaking at a town hall event on NBC's "Today" Thursday, Trump said North Carolina's so-called "bathroom law," which directs transgender people to use the bathroom that matches the gender on their birth certificates, has caused unnecessary strife.

Bingo. The Trumpsters were all on here saying that Cruz was disrespecting the firefighters, etc. When all freepers know, this is New York values.
Little girls are going to be victims of voyerism, plain and simple, it will happen. There are going to be pedophiles, disguised as transgendered, going into public bathrooms, looking under stalls, masturbating, taking pictures or whatever they do. The kids are going to be terrified and when a parent attempts to protect their child by complaining or pressing charges, they are going to be accused of targeting transgendered persons. It’s going to be the wedding cake all over again and our kids are going to be the victims. It is not society’s fault that people are sexually confused and using a public bathroom is just one of the downfalls a transgendered freak should consider. But no, it’s our problem now.

Perverted acts are already illegal. Any new bathroom policy does not change that.
As Murder and assault are already crimes, you don't need new hate crime laws. Rape is already a crime so new rape laws are not needed.
My personal distaste for the transgendered is the fact that they are so ugly. I cannot understand why any man that feels like a woman would want to settle for being a hideously ugly fake woman.
Having said that, I suspect there are many transgendered that have had their ID changed to female that cannot be distinguished from the genetically real women and use public facilities freely.
A crime is a crime no matter where it occurs. A man can already sneak into a restroom and assault a woman. He can be tried and convicted of the crime. A gender identity law would not stop that from happening.
We need less laws not more. For thousands of years of civilization our humanity has not changed. Only in recent times have some felt the need to redefine common sense.
Cruz has no chance of winning the nomination nor the election so what he says matters not.
What is true is he said the NC law was doing much more damage then the problem it was purported to fix and as business owner he would not open himself up to law suits over the issue as he had not heard any problems from it yet.
This is the dumbest reason to vote for Cruz. Basically this is a non-issue since there weren't any laws to begin with keeping trannies out of the women's restroom. It doesn't help you for when the tranny goes into the men's restroom alone with your son. And perverts willing to expose themselves or rape aren't going to be deterred over bathroom laws.
Meanwhile, Cruz has lied about his immigration platform, since he favored amnesty as recently as March 2015, then claimed he never supported it. Cruz also has called doubling green cards and expanding H1Bs by 500 percent "American values," and voted against limiting immigration in the past on the grounds that it was unAmerican. Not only that, but Cruz will screw us on TPP, costing us millions of jobs, and has deep ties to globalists who want open borders and free-trade on steroids. Then his stupid Tax-plan isn't actually realistic and includes a VAT.
But Cruzers will vote for Cruz over social issues while the country burns down around them. It's weird.

Hes right you know. This is not the way to fix a systematic cultural problem. Right now, the Gaystapo is too powerful too well connected to be taken on directly without harming innocents. He has already laid out how to fix the overall problem.
His positions on conservative judges, religious liberty and local education are the way to fix this issue. Fact is the very narrow issue had not been a problem prior for all the years it had been going on. But for some urban settings most people do not encounter the .03 percent. And we have laws for them doing things already if they bother people.
Actually we are laughing at you thinking this is the silver bullet that can get Cruz in. Hes not going to be nominated. He cannot win the general. The only one who can is Trump.
Trump is winning Pennsylvania by 12% or more anyway. Rather than make it 12.0000001%, I’d rather help ensure that Kasich finished third and destroys any hope of the GOPe for a brokered convention.
