It is not “hot enough to glow”. Some of the minerals emitted are naturally phosphorescent...like phophorous, and radium for example.

its not the ground thats glowing
it is a night time camera so the ground looks light because of any one of a number of reasons, but it is not glowing
probable the dew on the ground- since the steam is the same white color
