good morning sir... all

hypothetical question... should both Cruz and Kasich drop out would DJT continue with the rallies? I am pretty sure neither will drop out for whatever is driving them to remain, but I was just “awonderin’ “ I realize at this point both would remain on ballot and I also realize it behoves The Donald to get as much PR and exposure in prep for the general

Filling in for my boss this morning at front desk. quiet morning. Sat and Sunday will be insanely busy with the Temptations, Thunder Down Under and their respective fans/attendees at their performances.

Sunny pleasant weather in the 60s here today. My kinda weather! I would love year round weather in 60s and 70s. Understand San Diego is my kinda place for weather.. it is however not my kind of place for economy/cost of living. Onyx, I know this is one of your considerations in relocating being a former “home”

Thinking of WVKayaker.. sir I hope whatever is going on that God is with you and Marlene and the medical team. Hugs/love from Ohio

I should, as anything can happen. It would be nice to get a mandate, and people joining his rallies.

If Cruz stays in this to the end, he will be the most loathsome creature on the planet. I can’t imagine Kasich staying in this, although he’s got some momentum in PA.

This reminds me of Santorum staying in.

TEmptations are playing here in LaGrange, GA in a couple months.

“Should be a fun time today after a big win yesterday. Cruz is mathematically out of the running, so why stay in, Sir?”

Don’t curse at me!

Cruz may be thinking that he get the delegates of both Kasich and Rubio. Then if he squeeze enough and win big in California then maybe he still has a chance. If Trump wins a couple of more primaries big then it will really be over

Bronzy- first time caller, good morning! Good morning everyone!

I want to offer a bit of advice regarding your planned attendance at the rally today, if it’s not too late.

I believe the rally is at 3PM, and the doors open at noon, so attendees will be lining up about sunrise- I kid you not. I would venture a guess that the line will be well formed by noon and stretch out for a quarter mile or more.

Depending on the venue layout, and what you want to accomplish, or better stated- where you want to be in relation to the speaker, your arrival time will determine your position more than anything else will, in my humble estimation.

Some people want to be on the crowd line in the event DJT elects to greet the crowd. For the most part, those already lined up at the current time of approx. 930AM, will be in the best position to accomplish said goal. In fact those people have likely been in line for several hours already this morning.

If there is seating and that is a preferred goal, getting in line over the next hour is a good bet to meet that goal.

If getting into the venue and if where one is located in the venue is of little concern, then arriving between 10AM and 11AM will probably work.

Getting there when the doors open seems prudent, however the interest is likely to be high, and getting there when the doors open is what perhaps half of the attendees will be doing, and it will probably be a bottleneck, meaning you may get in, and you may not, depending on the seating capacity. Again- I kid you not... as I have attended a Trump rally, and before that, a few GW Bush events, back in the day, so I know from experience what’s bound to happen.

I might be speaking to the choir here, so forgive me if this is all known to you.

Wear comfortable shoes. Go easy on the diuretics like caffeine, or medicine, and bring a couple bottles of water and snacks or a sandwich or two that will keep, unless you know for sure that food will be available.

Be sure to print out tickets off of the Eventbrite website via the Trump link. When I went, tickets were required but were never checked. Who knew?

Have a great time participating in history.

Hoosiermama,

I’m glad you posted the details about the Bush rally that you attended, or attempted to attend. I sent Bronzy some advice. On second thought, if you are still at home reading this, it’s probably too late to get anywhere near the crowd line barrier up front. Not trying to be discouraging. Like you said about the Bush event, it could be too late to even get in, but that is just defeatist talk, so don’t let that stop you from going, but if you are going, you had better leave RIGHT NOW or ASAP! Good luck to all who are attending the rallies today!

I would think Trump would continue the rallys. Gotta keep the troops fired up, stay in the news. Time to start defining Shrillary. Start talking about the Crooked One and the Bent One.

Good morning, FRiends! Got up very early to finish reading last night’s thread..cannot stay up late...today, as they cannot say anything else anymore, a friend wrote that she is glad to see that Trump’s tone has changed, less controversial...they don’t realize how refreshing was, is, to have a candidate that fights back, that is natural as he would with any conversation with friends...I guess that is better than saying “never Trump”..

Trump's morning tweet included the words "mathematically eliminated" and "spoiler" in reference to Cruz.

I bet a nickle we hear that from him a whole lot over the next weeks.

Last night was epic. Game changing. I had fingers crossed for Trump to crack 50%. Never did I expect a 10 point cushion.

Cruz's 15% was eye-popping. That's a beat-down, and with five more states very similar next week, I think Trump's efforts in Indiana are key to knocking him out completely.

Didn’t Crooze recently come out saying he was against any shenanigans at the convention? I thought he said that the person who got to 1237 should be the nominee and no games...should he not be dropping out then? I would think Mr. Trump is going to get 1237 or close, but will be the obvious choice of the people. This means Crooze would have to use rather unsavory tactics to get the nomination.

The seating capacity for the venue in Indianapolis, is 5,514. I do not know how much that number changes if seats are absent from the main floor and it’s SRO.
