Can't explain the New York 2000 numbers. It may have been an open primary back in 2000 even though the website says it was closed. I've seen typos a few times there.
Rush doesn't mention that NY is closed primary, while stating Hillary and Bernie got more,... so they were no Indy's and Crossover voting in NY.
