Presidential candidate Senator Ted Cruz had a full apoplectic meltdown today. During a radio appearance an unhinged Senator Cruz began lashing out and screaming at Sean Hannity. (Full Audio) The internet lit up as people discussed the on-air meltdown wondering what could have possibly triggered such grossly unstable behavior.

Apparently the answer is found in this picture from Senator Cruz’s rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Only a few dozen people showed up to hear candidate Cruz – in a city home to over 1.6 million people.

Apparently not much support for Lyin’ Ted Cruz in the city of brotherly love.

Here’s the audio of unstable Cruz and his breathless meltdown: .......

What I 'understood' from Cruz's explanation was the Big's in the party (GOPe) matter more than the people (mere voters) ... and that our 'vote' is friggin window dressing. The real power is with the party. (Sounds like the old USSR) Then Cruz did a 'Kasich and Hillary' move: When Kasich is asked about how he plans to win when he's only won ONE STATE he says, "That's not the issue that matters - what matters is who can beat Hillary and who will bring jobs to Americans'. Well, Kasich is wrong. We're not running a poll to see who can 'beat Hillary'... we're decided who should represent our ideas... the IDEAS OF THE PEOPLE - who WE can trust. AND WE VOTE IN THAT PROCESS. When Hillary's asked if she broke the law and put the country as risk she says the people don't care about that - people care about jobs and THEIR lives. She's wrong. We also care if she's a friggin traitor who sold out her country. What Cruz and Hillary need to do is HONESTLY answer the damn question and quit telling us what WE think. They don't know what we think... and it's insulting for them to mind read whole populations. Mind reading might qualify them for the loony bin - but not for the White House. And yeah Cruz did a melt down when Sean didn't buy his BS.

In all honesty, fulladullphia is a steaming dump of a city. Hopelessly democrat, terminally trashy and idiocratic, and like a mushy lump of feces sliding down the porcelain towards the spinning vortex, its people are no better. They care about duh iggelz and the other three sports teams when they are doing well. And little else. Trump would do better there, and even then, 40% of his crowd would be gawkers and unemployed people attending out of boredom.
So...his meltdown was the city's fault?

Cruz would be wise to head back to Texas in an attempt to salvage whatever is left of his Senate seat life.

It’ll all be coming unglued soon.

Daniel’s 70th begins in the late summer/fall of 2017, so the man of sin should be here and well known within 4 1/2 or 5 years.

Hannity’s ‘question’ was just a diversion from the truth he didn’t want to hear, and more importantly, didn’t want the viewers to hear.

Hannity has become lower than Savage.

The voters cast their votes for the delegates. The delegates chose Cruz.

Cruz’n for a happy ending.

Actually Hannity was asking Cruz to explain how the delegate process works at the convention after the first vote if more votes are needed. Cruz was responding by talking about the delegate process now during the primary. Cruz either repeatedly misunderstood the question (not likely) or just decided to do the lawyer dance because he did not want to answer the question he was asked.

It is true what Hannity said that most people do not know how a brokered convention works and many have questions about how it works that delegates can change their vote after the 1st round- or most can, some are bound for more rounds. I have heard many question that process that have nothing to do with Trump. I had to look it up even though I remember it happening in the 70s. Many voters now were not born last time it happened, not old enough to remember, or just didn’t follow it closely.

I am not a Hannity fan and do not watch FOX news, but listened to the audio to see what people are talking about. It was clear to me Cruz refused to answer the question he was asked, for whatever reason.

You can call it propaganda from the nuthouse if you want, but the voters do want to know and Cruz responding in that way sounds pretty shady to many. He comes off as a little too slick, too lawyer like. It was a perfect opportunity for him to explain the process and help people understand what they might expect if the convention is brokered.

The interesting thing to me is after he decided not to answer the question- he did nothing to explain the delegate process either during the primary or at the convention. For those that may be hearing he is doing something shady, he said nothing to make them think otherwise. Seems to me he missed a chance to reach voters and instead dodged out of it.

Yes, that is just bizarre. That might fly with people that think all competing should get a trophy, all winners for showing up. Problem is those people are mostly Democrats.

Other than not answering the question he was asked? He was asked about the delegate process at a brokered convention. He responded about the process now in the primaries, claimed no one cares except Trump people, and added his bizarre claim that he is winning by a landslide.

Yes I am sure that’s it, Hannity was not smart enough to “get” him. It was easy for me to see why he cannot connect with voters.

The problem is, at some point it takes large numbers of people to vote...

If it is really that bad, wonder why such a smart guy would have a rally there to begin with?

The first two times Cruz tried to answer Sean he interrupted him then Sean had a snit and demanded Cruz answer him. Cruz asked if Sean would let him talk and went on to explain that meeting with the delegates is part of the political process. Donald is not fulfilling his role as a candidate by not meeting with the delegates but wants to pitch a fit when Cruz does and succeeds at earning their support for a second round of votes if it goes to the convention. Trump does not lose any of the delegates that he has earned when the States voted on the first round IF he can get the 1200 plus that he needs. The way the process works and has for years is that at the convention on the second round of voting the delegates get to decide who the candidate will be since the voters failed to get a majority for their candidate on the first original vote.
Isn't it the smart thing to do to win over the delegates support for a just in case scenario at the convention? Or should all the candidates do as Trump is doing and ignore the process?

And why can't Hannity find out this information on his own instead of disrespecting an American Senator with his stupid demands? If he were doing his job Sean would have his assistants do some ground work and explain the process to us on his show instead of acting like a clueless ten year old.

Hate to bust yo bubble, but the only folks “assuming a presumptive nominee” are Trumpbots. The rest of the Universe knows better than to assume your delegates before the convention.

The Cruz ground game is working nicely, regardless of what you assume. DONEald

If it makes you feel better, that’s fine, but the reality is otherwise. Cruz is an asterisk, much like Kasich. It will dawn on you eventually.

It’s time to unite behind the only viable candidate, if we are to win in November. That’s Donald Trump. The power now is in unity. Get on board, I welcome you.

Cheers!

No, I just wanted to comment on fulladullphia. It’s not worth campaigning there. This has nothing to do with his meltdown. Google “Ed Snider Bracelet”
