Looks like you’ll be wrong then. Nice try, though, Cruzbot.

We should just be grateful that no one was injured in the mad stampede.

I've been quiet during this primary season, eating a lot of popcorn and watching the greatest election ever!

I heard all kinds of outrageous comments from all the candidates.

The most laughable was when Cruz said that the Trump campaign could not run a lemonade stand.

Cruz acts as if he is some kind of ground game genius in his ability to navigate the intricacies of each state's delegate apportioning process.

He simply hitched his broken wagon to the GOPe horses powering an obvious fraud on an unsuspecting electorate.

Cruz is a slimy creep.

This analogy from FReeper Defiant nails it...............

This is the kind of thinking that you get from someone who never actually competed for anything as a man does. He never played any actual sport that I am aware of. He played "debate" in HS and college. He played "argue" as a lawyer. He never stood face to face against someone on a gridiron, never looked down at a fastball heading for him, never even tried to spike a volleyball or shoot over a guard. He's a total wuss as a man.

I saw a nature show about lions once. The alpha male had control of all the females, and if he caught a beta lion trying to get it on with one of his females, the alpha would give the beta a thrashing. But the betas still have needs, ya know? So the betas would slink around in the shadows, watch the alpha, hang out on the periphery and maybe skip a hunt to be alone with the pride. Then, when the alpha was not around and would not catch them, they would jump in and grab a quick one from one of the females.

Cruz's efforts to get delegates reminds me of that. He slinks around on the periphery, not trying to get them by overtaking Trump directly and becoming an alpha. No, he's still a beta, but he's trying to get what he wants the sneaky way, the beta way. The Cruz way.

Thank you. Trump slips a little.

Should probably drop out...

Trump should have said, I’ll drop out under 50 if you’ll drop out over 60.

Texas: Cruz 43.4% Trump 26.7% Rubio 17.7% LINK

New York: Trump 60.5% Kasich 24.8% Cruz 14.9% LINK

New York as of 10:20pm DST w/60% counted.

Delegates looking roughly 92 Trump, 3 Kasich right now.

Only ones that are likely banked for Kasich are CD 10 and 12, both are ironically in Manhattan.

Trump also <50% in CD 24 (Syracuse).

CD 13 (Bronx), CD 21 (Upstate NY (Rural NE) Adirondacks), CD 22 (Rome/Utica/Southern Tier) , CD23 (SW NY Ithaca, Corning, Fredonia), CD25 (Rochester) are in the 50-52% range for Trump and are in play.

The magnitude of Trump’s victory is truly awesome. Cruz must feel pretty small tonight. I don’t like piling in on someone but this is a reminder of what happens when people actually vote as opposed to sleazy, smoke-filled backrooms that Cruz operates in in states like CO and WY.

I agree. And I still have to say Cruz slit his own wrists with regard to New York.

You don’t insult whole states and then expect anything different than what he got tonight.

Smartest guy in the room once again... /s

Wow, that's really a squeaker.

Cruz might have won if they held the election a few days later......
