At 58%, some delegates will be won by Kasich and Cruz. At 60%, that's a lot less likely. Possibly but not certainly.

Second place candidates get a delegate in districts there they are above 20%. If you’re third, you get nothing.
I think Kasich probably cost Ted delegates.
