Rush is not a good liar. He’s not a practiced deceiver.
He can’t hide his Trump jealousy. I’m absolutely certain that he sometimes imagines himself in Trump’s position and faring much better (not making Trump’s amateur mistakes).
nfortunately I now listen to Rush’s show as if I were listening to F.Chuck on a Sunday morning I’m now wary of everything I hear.

Agreed on both points.
I am currently a Rush 24/7 subscriber. At least with my subscription, there was no provision for early cancellation. However, it will snow in July in Kentucky before I renew that. I suspect his subscriber base will go down substantially.
Also, since I listen sporadically at best, I am not purchasing his sponsors’ products and services.
I read that the radio listener-ship is an estimate, but I am sure his numbers are down....I had listened to him since he first started :(

Trump is the one who has been creating the excitement this election cycle, and is the one who is exciting the electorate to get out and vote. Sorry, but Ted Cruz is not creating any excitement; the way he’s “won” Wyoming and Colorado should be proof positive of this fact!

“If Trump and Cruz are thwarted at the convention and the GOPe “parachutes” a Ryan, Kasich, or Jeb! in for the nomination, who does Rush Limbaugh support? Cruz “the principled conservative” or one of the paratroopers?
That’s a rhetorical question. We all know who Rush “The Water Carrier” Limbaugh would support.

I was a daily listener from 1990 until his Rubio love-fest.
I tuned in today, but the water carrying for the establishment is very obvious.
The rules are set by the establishment to deliver the amnesty candidate the Cheap Labor Express paid for and Rush seems OK with that.

Not so masterful. You betcha. Most of us see have seen through him by this time. Many continue listening out of sheer habit or just hoping this snaky behavior isn’t permanent.
Actually, I think this is a permanent change in Rush. What is he going to do if Trump wins the nomination? He’ll be rendered superfluous. Trump is a threat to Limbaugh in so many ways. Rush feeds off the war between the right and the left. He’s promoted it and it’s made him rich. Trump wants none of it. He wants to be a unifier.
I haven’t heard a word he’s said for the past 10 minutes ... LOL.

I think you may be right, onyx. A few months ago -- somewhere on FR -- I saw a comment that there is a lot of Palm Beach envy among the rich there. Who knows? Maybe that's why Rush doesn't appear to like Trump...
