The Drudge Report headlined this Wall Street Journal article profiling Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei as: "Trump Drives China Crazy," highlighting the Chinese official's characterization of Trump as an "irrational type."
DONALD TRUMP, STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK: Today [Sunday morning] on the top of Drudge [Report]. Matt Drudge is a phenomenal person and a good guy -- it is a big deal, top of Drudge.
[Drudge linked to a piece in the Wall Street Journal saying] China is upset with Donald Trump.
How dare them? So they go -- They're upset. This is the story -- biggest story, top of Drudge. Big story.
China is upset because of the way Donald Trump is talking about trade with China. They're ripping us off, folks.
It is time. I'm so happy they're upset. They haven't been upset with us in thirty years.
They're never upset. We have a trade deficit with China of $500 billion per year. Okay? They tax. And you know they said we're not living up to treaties. They're the ones not living upo to agreements. They tax. I have friends who are manufacturers who can not get their product into China, and when they do, they have to pay a tax on it.
And let me tell you -- It is them that is the problem. And they're going to treat us fairly and they're going to treat us justly or it is bye bye. Bye bye...
What we don't know because our leaders are incompetant, or because they are taken care of by the special interests. Which also happens...

No, the overlords of the Federal Government, through endless printing of dollars, has waged war against everyone else.
I hope Trump knows his biggest oppponent won’t be China, it will be U.S. corporations that want cheap Chinese labor and free access to the U.S. consumer they put of a job to get it.
Oh he knows.
I work for one of the globalist companies. It may have its headquarters here but its loyalty is to the stock price and the emerging markets are where we’re growing big.
True words
The American public can also add themselves to the lame list. They buy foreign and won’t pay more for US goods
A 15 year recession will have that effect.
“The American public can also add themselves to the lame list. They buy foreign and wont pay more for US goods”
As the sage philosopher, Pogo, said, “We have met the enemy, and he is us.”
Trump has a lot of enemies, but the good kind -
Government of Mexico
Government of Communist China
ISIS
Black Lives Matter
Obama
Hillary
Big Gay Media
Democratic Party
“You have enemies? Good - it means somewhere, at some time, you stood up for something.”
- Winston Churchill
About time someone said it.
I am happy they are upset too. In fact, I ma happy ANYONE of those damn enemies of America are “upset”. MORE of them should be “upset”.
I miss Pogo
“I hope Trump knows his biggest oppponent wont be China, it will be U.S. corporations that want cheap Chinese labor and free access to the U.S. consumer they put of a job to get it.”
Go after China, one product at a time. Start with something simple like all the cheap crap we find in novelty shops. Then go after key components in a manufacturing process. Finally, go after the components themselves.
Question is, should we make products if it will be cheaper, but require less labor?
All the Chinese have done is accepted what was greedily given to them.
Ping!

America is well on its way to becoming a 3rd world country.
We wont have access to the jobs or wealth needed to maintain our country.
Due to govt regulations there is very little access to capital in the US. Go to India or China if you want a loan.
The Donald is right.
“All the Chinese have done is accepted what was greedily given to them.
I believe that is incorrect. They blatantly steal intellectual property. They require that factories be built in China, then steal the methods and copy the equipment without paying royalties.
They flood the market with fraudulent products under fake trademarks.
IMO its about 80% true. Yes they do steal stuff. Only because we hire Chinese engineers and then put them on the B2 program. Or have a man born in Taiwan that we allow in the Navy and then assigned to a super secret spy plane.
Or we outsource maintenance of the the security clearance system to Chinese nationals. Giving them access to sensitive information on EVERYONE who has a govt security clearance.
They do lobby our Congress. Who then pass laws encouraging offshoring. Our companies can’t take their business to China fast enough.
Everyone knows the Chinese will steal what they can. Yet we give them the keys anyway.
Much truth in that.
