Cruz isn’t going to get the nomination. If he did get it like this, he will be humilated in a major landslide loss.

Way to go Canadian Ted.

http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/276543-gop-delegates-feel-sudden-power

The money quote:
“Media reports indicate that Cruz has an edge over Trump when it comes to rounding up delegates, which could potentially deliver him the nomination.

But many of the delegates interviewed by The Hill said the Trump campaign has a more active operation than has been reported.”

Townhall is spiking the ball too soon. Manfort seems very confidant for a guy who’s supposedly losing all over the place.

Kevin McCullough is one of these Christian radio guys that I can no longer listen to. I wasn’t a big fan of his to begin with. AFR is now far less about Christianity and far more about politics. If I want to listen to politics on the radio all the time, I wouldn’t be listening to Christian radio.

I now have to tune out AFR. All they’ve become is “share-a-thon” and take Trump down radio.

Kevin makes a big point about Trump abandoning the futile charade of wooing Wyoming GOP delegate selection process when the GOP in Wyoming abandoned all pretext of having state wide canvassing, by vote, of the GOP electorate.

He presents that trashed up Wyoming Delegate Pick List of ‘delegates’ up for vote with their candidates they support conveniently listed so Trump supporter delegate candidates can be identified and discounted. HOW MANY of the total Wyoming Republican electorate actually got one of these ‘ballots?’ What percentage actually chose the delegates? Something like 0.03%.

This, like Colorado was nothing more than the GOP acting like a bunch of Union Leaders doing what they damned well wanted, the actual voters be damned.

wasted time and money on campaign........

how about all the others dropped out and still running, who wasted even more money, and some have run previously wasting time and money!

None have accomplished as much as Trump has for this country in so little time with such little expense. His campaign has been successful even if he should not receive the nomination. I’m really grateful he is running he’s stimulated conversations that needed to be and brought to brighter light so much that was shadowy.

The others have nothing good to show for their time and effort, truly wasted time, money and more.

It is the voters vs. the GOP insiders.

Trump supporters are heroic and courageous. Stay stand up the Soros paid thugs, physical attacks at rallies, the vandalism and the threats.

They are continually insulted by the media, the Republican politicians and pundits.

They are called Nazis, Brown shirts, racists, ignorant and every other possible insult.

But they still stand up for their beliefs.

Trumps opponents believe in nothing. They are trying to destroy America. They oppose securing the border, protecting our veterans, keeping jobs in America, interrogating terrorists and fighting Jihadists.

They refuse any substantive discussion of the problems facing our country. They resort to insults through surrogates in the media.

They support the BLM thugs and other Soros paid operatives who physically attack Trump supporters.

And they try to gain delegates through insider maneuvering rather than taking their case to the people.

Cruz is just a tool these insiders are using to destroy Trump.

unreal. how the heck has he managed in business? maybe because he grew up in that domain so he didn’t have to learn a new domain. its pretty obvious he is a “big picture” “non detail oriented” guy. he just makes his big statements and expects all “his” smart people to figure out the details.

I've long thought of elections as similar to prize fights or NFL football match-ups. And if that's the case Trump keeps complaining that he doesn't get acknowledged for gaining yardage, when the purpose of the game is to score points.

That's a nice analogy.

Ted Cruz jetted over to make a speech to the convention (like he did in North Dakota, Iowa, and Colorado.) Trump decided to stay home in New York (where he's going to easily win his home state) on Tuesday to do? Only God knows what...

But what he's NOT doing is going to a state where delegates are in play, where he could go make a speech, where he could seek to get voters to listen to his ideas, and try to actually earn delegates.

So what it sounds like what is happening is that Trump made a deliberate strategic choice not to put effort or money into a lot of those contests, and is complaining about the results. I suppose it is working to some extent because a lot of people believe he is getting screwed, but the better explanation seems to be that he's screwed himself.

Or may it's just that he's nearly 70, and is too low energy to be flying around to all these different states to fight for delegates.

Heh.

Because the candidate is supposed to be the one doing the work... You know... To EARN the votes of the people?

Trump did this when he WON THE STATE!

So sadden and disgusTED with these “rules”. This is stealing.

If this continues and Trump is shut out of the states he already won, there will be hell to pay.

50% of success is just showing up.
Trump supporters can (and God knows they will) whine about Cruz “stealing” delegates from Trump all they want. But if Trump comes up short, he doesn’t have anyone to blame but himself. He made the conscious decision to not show up.

Trump loses = Hillary wins, and when that happens Republicans will never ever win another election again, the party will be utterly finished not only from voters abandoning the party out of disgust after being backstabbed, but also from Hillary completely changing the demographics over the course of 8 years by allowing the country to be overrun by illegals and Islamo-Nazis. Basically the United States will be finished, enemies of this country will have won. Let’s see if you have a job then and a place to live.

As long as freeloading free stuff piggies outnumber Americans in this country, I don’t see anything but commie ‘RATS winning from here on out. We’re a single party communist country now. Alexis de Toqueville warned us about this crap. We just didn’t pay attention.

"Trump keeps complaining that he doesn't get acknowledged for gaining yardage, when the purpose of the game is to score points."

And when the other team scores with a Field Goal, he claims it is cheating.

And he claims that him getting to the 90-yard line should count as a touchdown.
