Back in July of 2014, we reported that in an attempt to obtain if not compensation, then at least confirmation of bank manipulation in the precious metals industry, a group of silver bullion banks including Deutsche Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC (later UBS was also added to the defendants) were accused of manipulating prices in the multi-billion dollar market.
Shades of the Hunt brothers.
Trying ANYTHING to make a buck...legal or not.
So Deutsch Bank illegally manipulates the silver market, but these same people are going to preach to us about trans whatever people bathrooms??? They have said they won’t expand in North Carolina over the transgender bathroom issue. Yet they can go on and do their market manipulations, but are oh so outraged about bathrooms??? Really???
Does anyone know how this will affect silver prices? Short and Long Term?
I think we will find out in a couple weeks after China ramps up its yuan denominated gold fix April 19. The GSR right now is pretty wide spread, I would expect silver to catch up as it has been manipulated down for a long time.
The manipulation in both the gold and silver markets are aimed at keeping the price down.

The two halves of the western economics world, east and west are straining under the weight of their monetary illusions.
Thanks
Whoa!
Is this the pure as snow bank that wouldn’t move 225 jobs to North Carolina because they were offended by the governors ethical business practices regarding keeping our kids safe?
Two months ago, silver was hovering around $14.25 an oz. Today it’s at $16.23. This would be a good time to buy some hundred oz bars and/or bags of 90%.
Junk silver dimes are best for a zombie apocalypse level collapse...
The dimes let you barter for even small items with a tiny coin.
Eagles will be worth too much, gold eagles will be worth WAY too much.
Better 10,000 dimes than a few gold eagles.
You're exacty right. If I didn't have two kids in college right now, I'd be able to buy a bag of silver dimes each month. I'll really think silver is a superb buy now at $16.26.
Who would you recommend purchasing junk silver coins from?
I have heard good things about http://www.kitco.com/
But I have never purchased anything from them so I have no direct knowledge.
If you live in a large city you can usually find a local dealer who will match or beat Kitco prices.
Only buy/sell junk silver coins from your local coin dealers. Look in your yellow pages under coin dealers. Choose three and get comparison quotes on whatever you want to buy or sell. Don't buy from banks or any of the national companies especially the ones who advertise on tv and cable tv. If you have only one or two coin dealers in your city, I suggest making a call to a large city nearest you.
If you want to know who I go to and have gone to since 1979, frmail me.
