You seem to fail to understand... Cruz’ campaign didn’t send the money. Your “when did he stop beating his wife” approach fails miserably.

Since you’re so sure of the National Enquirer’s allegations against Ted Cruz... Have you always felt that way about the NE? How about the way it treated Sarah Palin back in... say... September 2008?

First off, it is not "his" PAC - by law, he can't have anything to do with it. It may be a PAC that supports him, but he cannot have any input into how they spend the money they raise.
No matter how many times that rather important fact is put in front of the faces of these people, they simply refuse to believe it. Yet... they're so quick to believe every syllable from the likes of Roger Stone and Jim Hoft. Amazing, isn't it.

Remember when Conservatives cared about corruption? Now we have the Clinton rules and lack of transparency in the Cruz campaign. Cheating requires a lack of proof, but the appearance of corruption is corruption.

The only thing I would add is from the Washington Post, April 11, 2016, describing what has been called the "Cruz superior ground game" and Cruz's "courting" of the delegates in states where the primaries are finished, Trump has been victorious and moved on, but Cruz's hacks remain behind. Here's the "ground game", defined"
Under regulations established in the 1980s, delegates cannot take money from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors or foreign nationals. But an individual donor is permitted to give a delegate unlimited sums to support his or her efforts to get selected to go to the convention, including money to defray the costs of travel and lodging.
That should explain everything about how "smart" Cruz's "ground game" is.
