I'm saying... for the last time... that was a $$ exchange between two PACs. If the FEC comes out and says there was something untoward about it, that's a different matter. But to rail on about a heretofore nonexistent "controversy" is a waste of time.

Why doesn’t he demand his or Carley’s PAC simply say what happened. If it is so innocent then transparency should be no issue?

Give us one reason why one campaign PAC would give a rival PAC a half a million dollars. It has never been done.
